Purchased some eyeliners which are amazing! Had a little issue, nothing to do with the product itself and contacted customer services. Wow! They were so helpful and sorted me promptly. Really impressed by the product and the aftercare.

My order for one of the eye pencils arrived within 24 hours. I have several of these by the way. This one did not disappoint. They are always very soft and really easy to use and come in such beautiful colours. Now that I’m a bit older I think they look better than heavier make up on my eyes. A great, well run company.

I just love the Suntorini bronzer. I use it every day and it gives me this natural tanned look. I cannot go without it. It also lasts me 6 months before I have to buy a new one, so the price quality ratio is really good in my opinion. Delivery was also quick and good.

It never arrived!!

This is my first time buying from the Zoeva website, attracted by their new launches, and I've had a really, really good experience. In particular, the new eyeshadow stick has a quality far above average; I'd say excellent! It's an eyeshadow that lasts, both in terms of its beautiful color tones and its durability. I could define it as exceptional! It lasts for more than 12 hours and can only be removed with a bi-phasic product.
I find the entire website very user-friendly; every product is presented with eye-catching images and specific instructions on how to use it. For me, this is a fundamental aspect in deciding whether a product is right for me or not. The site is easy to navigate, allowing you to add items to your cart and complete the order in just a few steps.
​I would like to compliment the accuracy with which customers are supported after placing an order: the entire process is clear and precisely monitored. The care taken with the packaging and the delivery times are both very good. I particularly appreciated the gift of a mini-size mascara, which I look forward to trying.
​I will soon return to purchase other products, which I hope will have the same high quality as the eyeshadow sticks.

Zoeva has good value for money products. Great brushes (of which I own multiple sets) and very nice bags. Would recommend when you are in the market for synthetic brushes that hold up well.

I have 8/9 eye pencils and they are brilliant as is the lip pout pencil amongst other purchases I’ve made.
I had previously bought VB ones and these are WAY better in my humble opinion.
ZOEVA’s delivery service is also really quick.
I can’t fault anything. I’ll be back for more for sure.
