It’s really unfair what they do to the animals.
Many sad animals
While the zoo experience was fun and interesting for the most part, many of the animals looked unhappy. There is only one capybara and it was not moving for a long time and looked generally sad. The tiger and chimpanzee enclosures were also very unsafe and better safety measures are desperately needed. The giraffes were also kept in an indoor small enclosure and looked very upset. Other than that, it was a fun trip with much to do around the zoo.

Catering staff members very rude and not very helpful. No instructions on how to use the catering facilities which me and my friend tried to figure out, only to get shouted at by one female employee and served with disrespect. Big zoo but not much to see, will not be attending again.

This zoo is really nice and it looks that they take care of their animals. I love that they have lots of monkeys. Now it is not possible to see the dolphins's show but I think that's good as you can see them on their natural habitat

Nice zoo - but more flexibility please re closing hours
Again we tried to call before going to the zoo as we just wanted to go for 30-60 minutes as already members with the whole family. Two weeks ago we also went - and were positively surprised the zoo was open until 20.00 hours. Being a sunday we tried to call the number from the homepage 902 45 75 45 (for extra money as a 902 number) but the robot went in circles despite trying to call 3 times. On the homepage and tripadvisor it looked like closing at 19.00 hours. We all four got on our bicycles 17.40 and arrived 18.03 only to find unpleasant guard that told us not possible to enter anymore after 18.00 as park closing at 19.00 Really make it clear or be please flexible - especially for paying members.
