Appalling company to deal with

This company does not care one bit about its customers. I purchased several items from them in March of 2016. To this date they have still not arrived. These items were paid for in advance trusting that this "company" would deliver as they promised via E-mail. However as you can tell they didn't complete the order and are now completely refusing to return emails, calls, texts. Called one day with my number hidden and Tina miraculously answered it and claimed that it was suppliers holding her up. All we are requesting now is a refund but low and behold they are now not answering again. Word of advise for anyone, stay well away from this company so you don't have to go through the pain that I have for the last 11 months.
