I created a policy with zoom. However accidentally purchased the insurance cover with the incorrect plate (easy technology mistake) I sent them an email regarding this issue asking for a refund.They replied very quickly, within an hour or two. They did state to me that they don’t usually do this however understood it was a genuine mistake and so gave me a full refund on that policy and I proceeded to purchase the correct policy with the correct registration plate.

My account debited two times due to erroneously i have taken two policies at the same time i have taken two hours policy and one day policy, and Zoomcover team help me to reverse and get the full refund . Quick respond speed service and very cheap policies .

Driving test cancellation slot notified at 6pm for the next day at 8.10am. My insurance provider was not contactable in this time to check if our car was covered for a driving test. A quick Google turned up Zoomcover.com and a 4 hour cover certificate specifically topping up to ensure the driving test was covered was arranged. Very quick and straightforward and very reasonable cost. And he passed so a very happy day.

Website is easy to use and quick to get through. Such a simple process. All polices were accessible immediately both on the website and by email. Even emailed to confirm my policy had ended.
