Horrible customer care! Good luck even getting in touch with customer care. The instructions for doing so lead a wild goose chase round and round, arriving nowhere. I paid, payment was accepted, and I was immediately locked out. No reason, just "something went wrong."

Very difficult to cancel membership. Phone numbers are invalid, don`t work. Going online very confusing. I though i had my membership canceled. Zoosk took another payment asking me to provide proof i canceled. Is Zoosk a scam? Their low rating will answer that question. Investigate before you subscribe

What doesn't go wrong? Fake profiles, views that aren't, can't delete messages, block profiles only to have them return. It's even worse than it was before they recently "upgraded" their platform.

This is a good site, and a very good customer service department. The only negative I could give is in that my area there are not many matches within my general area. However with that said In LA county there are lots of women.

This clumsy dating site got worse with a recent software upgrade by amateur programmers. The algorithm consistently delivers matches clueless of my preferences, especially distance. Come on. I am not interested in a date with someone 3000 miles away, or with anyone that Zoosk seems to devine from their Carousel which is supposed to be an algorithm to determine the person you like. Don't just take my word for it. I have heard the same from women I chat with the few women I chatted with on the site. We don't match except in loathing the site. When I emailed Zoosk about why I was getting recommendations 3000 moles away, I was basically told 'that's the way it is'.

Excuse me? You think it's ok to and deliver an amateur site, apparently developed by junior grade programmers with the horrid flipping heart and call it a dating site? This pen pal site is only bettered by the worst performing dating site, Match for Seniors. Spend your money at a casino, you'll have better luck.

Worst customer service I have contacted Zoosk several times about not being able to chat with someone I like. They keep saying to have patience...it has been over 2 weeks. The person I am interested in keeps looking at my profile and I am looking at theirs but we cannot chat or send a like. I receive profiles from over 1000- 2500 Miles away is that really a match for me? The one person I am intetested in who lives locally I cannot chat with. So frustrating the person and I keep looking at each others profile for more than 2 weeks and cannot connect. Zoosks is in the business to connect people not keep them apart! What am I paying for????

One of the worst dating sites ever! Had it for a few months at about £16 per month so cheaper than a lot of others. Had a few likes but whenever I messaged the likes they never messaged back, so I reckon they didn't want to pay to message me. Liked bloody loads as well and only a few likes back from all over the U.K, when I wasn't a subscriber women message you but that's really to make you want to subscribe so you can see and reply to messages. It's a con, also as soon as my subscription was a bout to end a good looking woman sent me a few messages, they were also proper messages not the ones like a template that can be selected, however the woman did this purposely so I would subscribe again but I made sure I cancelled, I completely forgot to cancel the previous month so it went into the other month. Seriously don't waste your money on this crap website and it's a con, there are also a lot of hidden optional extras such as boosting profile ect. Definitely one of the worst dating sites I've tried. I'm a decent looking chap and must have sent about 500 likes and got about 5 in return and non of them matches wanted to talk! I sent them all a message but they couldn't seem to message. Deleting my profile and definitely won't be coming back on here.

When I chose the standard subscription I did not know that communicating with any woman I found interesting was limited to just a "like." I had a very unpleasant experience prior with another site where after far too many re-ups per the number of messages allowed per charge, turned out to be a fraud, i.e. the women were nothing more than AI or trolls. I was never able to establish even an innocent meetup over a lunch, or other type of meetup in a public space/venue. Every "woman" had a "come-on", then backed off saying "it's too soon," so "how can I make it up to you?" Others would say they resided in a town where I knew the place they said they resided in was not for long term rentals, i.e. hotel guests. So, this site gave me the same impression, which is why I requested cancellation.

I would also like to add that I tried in vain to rectify my location, which was northern NH, i.e. Lancaster, not PA, or NY, or MA, but NH. Thus, all interested female contacts came from the NY and PA region. So, between the above issues, I became disenchanted with the service and why I requested cancellation. That is all.

Tragic . Don’t bother . Spend your money on going out . I had been away from it for about a year and got back on to see

When I did find someone who wanted the connection we played cat and mouse game and couldn’t connect !!! Frustrating and not helpful . Thanks for helping me decide single is the way to go ‘

Zoosk review: If I could give it zero stars, I would! The Carousel seems to have two people on repeat, like an old record stuck in a groove. The search? It's like déjà vu every day, serving up the same old faces I thought I'd already deleted. Want to search incognito? That'll cost you extra cash. Some message senders seem to have wandered in from the wrong party. I tried reaching out about the Carousel acting like a lazy Susan—"come back later," it said for a whole week—but got crickets in response. I re-joined after a mysterious message lured me back, only to find out it was a fake profile. What a colossal cash and time sink!

Toal bullshit, You sometimes are talking to either a computer generated machine or most likely they have people answering you from the company. 3 times I was having conversation and when I gave my phone number they would disappear?? One girl then showed up on POF and did the same thing? These site are probably owened by the same company? They get pictures of girls from other countries and post them.....FAKES!

There is many people who use zoosk , therefore I found it easy to connect and chat
It is a very basic dating app, women have to take great care and precautions before meeting someone in person and always bear in mind lots of weird people out there.
Many are also married people claming to be single but just looking to cheat and have fun

Locked out of account as soon as I created it. App takes a long time to do the human verification. Trying to create another account with new email, and tells me that I can't proceed at the moment.

Same Profiles coming up all the time even if you Block them no variety now charging Tax in the UK to many scammers the WhatsApp crew . same old ignorant and shallow people . The worse dating con in the World new feature its not chat and find more like fake and disappear nothing new even dead people who died years b4 are still there the classy people who think they want millionaires only a few boobs and its done . Zoosk get better or die a natural death of boring and snatching coins stop being greedy and give value for Money and stop faking it diversity u say more like divers of no choice.

There are fake photos and names on this site, when you try to contact it disappears. When you try and search often it says there are no members in your search criteria, I was using 60 -75 and auto distance. OH come on zoosk, I want my money back but they do not provide a feedback service or a contact, which must be illegal

The site changes the time when a person views , you also you will get a heart and then get a reply from women that she did not send that to me. I had very few women that I could contact that lived within 50 miles. The variables, smoking , religion, distance from your location, attractive, I received responces from women that had no photo or profile. I am in a financial bind and cancelled 3 days into my subscription, I had an emergency in the family that would take me away from home , I pleaded for a refund , no response !

It is not a good app at all, do not subscribe.
- lots of fake profiles
- does not take into account one’s filters, especially distance, race, smoking etc.
- always present same profiles, in different forms.
- I believe the team creates profiles themselves just to run site.
- it should be closed, you are scammers.
- the app does not even work properly, keeps showing “ we encountered an error” and the sequence of profiles stops.
Their customer s service is useless.

Zoosk actually has nit much real man and woman, it took ages to get one message from a real person. It is scam. Bad choice if you pay for membership
