Big Time Scammers

On September 30th, 2025, there was an advertisement online from this company selling “smart glasses”

I took interest and decided to go ahead a purchase a pair. Shipping cost was to be free. The total was to be $44.97.

As soon as I made the purchase, I received from my bank the notification of the sale. When I went to look at the charge to verify, it was for $53.96, not the $44.97 that was indicated in the email that I received from this company.

I immediately reached out to them to ask why the overcharge and this is what they say to me:

“ Dear Customer,

Thank you for reaching out and for your recent order with us.

We understand your concern regarding the additional charge at checkout. We would like to clarify that the fee you were charged is not a shipping fee, but rather a handling fee that covers the cost of order processing, packaging, and fulfillment.

While our promotion does include free shipping, the handling fee is separate and disclosed at checkout before payment is completed. This fee helps us ensure your order is processed promptly and delivered efficiently.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Best regards”

No where during the intial purchase is there written or any indication that a handling fee will be added. If I had been told about that upfront, most likely I would have not placed this order.

So...

I immediately cancelled everything, and requested a full refund.

For days I went back and forth with this issue. In one email from them, they said to me that only $8.00 would be refunded back to my card. I told them NO NO NO, Reminding them that I cancelled everything and wanted a full refund for $53.96.

Soon after, they send me another email saying that the overcharge fee would be refunded. I said to them once again...NO!

They completely ignored all of my request to cancel and fully refund all my money. On top of all of that, 5 days later they tell me my order was shipped to me.

Even after me cancelling this order within minutes after placing it and requesting a full refund, they totally continued to ignor my request and are forcing me to buy something
that I am NOT interested in anymore.

I did file a bank dispute against them, and now waiting for an answer from my bank.

The actual product that was shipped to me against my will, they will need to
make arrangements to have someone
pick up their stupid pkg if they want it back because I will not make any efforts to send
it back to them myself since I told them that
I cancelled the order within minutes after placing it.

Everyday, more and more companies like this one are scamming and doing fraudulent things like this company I have just experienced.

Everyone , pls be aware of this company named Zorneliax.
