Rubbish and low quality printer

Rubbish and low quality printer, sold with a high-quality price. The printer is shipped to us with the power supply card disconnected from the main-board, we had to open it and fix it. After 2 years of occasional use the M300 Plus printer started to occasionally print with layer shifting while doing strange noises. Wasted plastic and waste times for many tests following the support guidance, after other 2 years of terrible support of the italian distributor, after spending 200 euros of straordinary maintenance, the printer still has the same problem. I spend 4000 euro for a 3d printer because i want a high quality printer with quality-check processes after the manufacturing and high-quality after-sale support service, otherwise if i'd like to waste my time on rubbish i could buy a 400 euros low-cost chinese printer.

Zortrax .. once good .. now rubbish.

Zortrax were a company with an excellent product the M200. I bought 2 of their latest improved models to go with the 2 original we have but these have been a nightmare from day one.
Over nearly 2 years they have never run consistently, the firmwre had not ben developed properly so there have been continuous upgrades and we have been given the run around by the company telling us that they are now out of warranty. Important components like the cooling fan, faulty from day one we are told is a "consumable" so is not covered. A good company gone bad and lost the plot.
