Very reluctant at first but so glad I tried it. I wasn't sure whether to take it in the morning or night so I tried both ways ( in conjunction with Myo-Inositol in the morning). It works best at night and I can tell that I'm sleeping better because I feel better; makes for a much brighter morning! I highly recommend the combo and to order directly from Zoyava's website to avoid FAKES!

I was skeptical about starting these pills, because I was buying them off the TikTok shop. However, I have noticed a difference. I’m not snacking as much and when I eat my major meals, I’m full and that full feeling lasts longer. I can remember things better too. I did start working out at the gym and the difference is good as well. I just purchased the MYO-Insitol along with the Corti-soothe. I can not wait to see how this will make a new difference.

I was skeptical that this was going to actually work, however, I started it 2 1/2 weeks ago I have not changed my eating habits or added exercise and it has definitely reduced my appetite. I am eating less at meals I’ve noticed and I am down 4 1/2 pounds. I am honestly surprised. I really did not expect that it was going to have an effect.

I'm still waiting for results with the supplements. It would be helpful to have more clear instructions about the optimal time to take during the day.
