Worst company ever, never work this Saim or any of his companies. Absolute scam. Don’t sign up unless you want to throw away money.

HORRIBLE company. ZSIDEO CONTENT presented a polished onboarding process and promised a long-term partnership built around 30 short videos, but my actual experience did not live up to what was sold. The gap between their initial presentation and the quality of the experience was significant. They delivered one example and disappeared. SCAM

Scam! Paid and then without 2 weeks they stopped all communication and disapeared on me!

I had a very disappointing experience with Zsideocontentllc.

I paid $999 USD for their service and was never provided with what was promised. After payment, there was no delivery, no proper onboarding, and no resolution despite attempts to follow up.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before making any payment. This was a significant amount of money, and I did not receive the service I paid for.

I am sharing this review to warn others and hope it prevents someone else from going through the same situation.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. A lot of online criticism seems
based on past operational issues, not the current reality. The leadership was accessible, open to calls, and willing to explain processes.
There was no ghosting, no fake promises, and no pressure tactics in my case. Everything was
documented and communicated clearly. The team is international, which sometimes causes
delays, but they now manage it well.

Paid for 100 short‑form edits and only got 10 before they claimed their systems had failed and went “offline.” No updates, no delivery, no accountability. They scammed me and ran off with my money. I later found out the extent of the scam when I was added to a slack group with hundreds of other people reporting the same experience. Complete trash agency. Do not trust them, or any review that is greater than one star.

Closest thing to a legal SCAM. They promised and still owe me over 50 video edits I paid for and they just disappeared. They promised videos edited in 24 hours, but made me wait over 7 days per video regularly. Super slow responses, and now I can't even find them. PLEASE be aware! In fairness I did get a few videos at the beginning, but not worth the effort trying to get them to follow instructions for simple edits.

Literally scammed me. Completely ghosted me after they received the payment. Didn't respond for over a month and simply said they cannot give me a refund. Stay away from these scammers!!

Absolute trash. They’re professional scammers! They tried to sell us a $500 package and we read these reviews on TrustPilot and decided not to do it. We fell for Saim’s cheap tactics and negotiated a $100 fee for 12 videos as a trial so they could prove the reviews were fake. After +1 months they could not even deliver ONE WELL EDITED 60sec video. He promised a refund if I jumped on a Zoom call with him which I declined. Just called the bank and got my money back. DO NOT WORK WITH SAIM OR ANYTHING HE TOUCHES, DISGUSTING SCAMMER.

I worked for Saim, completed the work, and was not paid. They attract people with cheap video editing offers and then ghost you. I have full proof of everything anyone who wants to see it can contact me directly. Be careful.

They hired me and took two months of work from me, then ran away without paying. I have their address—if anyone needs it, message me.

Saim is the worst kind, of human you can ever encounter. He's more of an hypocrite than a human.

Never work with this person, I have a few connections in Pakistan, they'll get this scammer.

He's scammed his employees, I talked to them, and his clients too.

All of the positive reviews are fake. All the profiles only have 1 review (I realize this is also my first review, lol). Total scam – asked for a refund as I was sold 1 thing on the call and told a completely different thing once I got "onboarded". If the price is too good to be true, it is!

Complete scam. Ghosted after I paid over $1000.00 for several edits.

I was working as a full time employe for this company but they scammed us as well saying the technical issue has occured and we will resume the work after 2 weeks but it's been 2 months and they owe me more than 1k dollars for my services they also scammed more than 400 editors

Terrible Company. I worked there as a Video Editor and I was being used as labor without payment. They didn’t pay me for a full two months and kept making excuses. Whenever I argued, they would shut me up and threaten to cancel my payment. They always used my creative efforts to generate leads. I only got paid once in three months. Not only the owner SAIM ALI AHMED but Even the project manager, RABIA BUTT, was so incompetent RUDE and RETARED that she reduced the payment I was supposed to receive.

It’s not only the owner, it’s the whole team. More like a scam agency than a content agency. They commit fraud not only with clients but also with editors. In my honest and straight words, this whole agency is bullshit. They even got reported to FIA, and honestly, that’s exactly what they deserve.

Scam - don't go near them.
Now all their employees are trying to claw back some cash and reaching out to everyone they ripped off to offer "better deals" - leave them all well alone.

Saim Ali is a scammer... He scammed his 1000 plus clients and robbed employees from their hard earned money... And started ghosting everyone...
That's his business strategy... Low rate offers, trapping as much people as he can and then go underground...
And now he's starting new agency with new name and all to do it all over again

Its a scam. They take money and ghost - I actually think they're out of business now but just incase thought I better write this.

Scam, did not deliver on any of the services or products they said to deliver on and just went ghost instead of refunding everyone.
