I am a member or have joined it over 200 casinos online in zula casino is the worst ever at trying to verify there's no way you can find your profile to change anything when you try to contact them they give you some BS excuse I tried verifying so many times it's not even funny there was a glare on the photo there was a reflection it wasn't right this that they are so picky even when everything was perfectly done still wasn't good enough I had one some money and was really trying to get help but there was no help they kept sending me the same info in their reply every single time and I probably emailed them 30 40 times and they sent me the same email over and over there's no way to call them no way to chat there's only email so I said you heck with it close the account and I'm done they're no help whatsoever none they don't care they're so picky even when things are perfect it's not good enough to verify so good luck to all of y'all wish you the best because I sure didn't have any customer services a joke

The only problem with this game is that it is highly pay-to-win, zula pass grants so much more and better thing than the default pass so that any player that buys the pass already is 1000% more skilled than the deafult-pass users cuz of all the stuff they get, unfair.

One of the worst games ever.
