Absolute shocking, cant even get orders right even after you speak to them AND verify it on their site, after having to send them back to get it sorted, you then come to use them and after 1use they stop working.....poor quality and customer service staff ain't got a clue, especially when you give them the details and account number and they ask you have you got the right company....if it wasn't them why would I ring them with THEIR number on the document
