The worst experience ever! They took money from my account and pretend i have not paid and they canceled the tickets, which they told me later did not event exist. After couple of days later I still do not have money nor the tickets, and they are also not willing to pay for the price difference, as tickets are more expensive...
On 25th March 2020 the flights for a party of 4 from Europe to South Africa were cancelled due to the Corona virus. Since then I have been involved in a never ending battle with Flysmarter to have my money returned or to obtain vouchers. To start with Flysmarter pointed to the airlines and maintained I should be refunded by them. The airlines in turn pointed to Flysmarter indicating that they would refund them and Flysmarter would then refund me. Trying to rebook the flights via Flysmarter failed as they did not respond. I have now established that at least one of the airlines involved have refunded Flysmater. Flysmarter's response was that they are still busy checking with the airline (5 months after the cancellation!). I would advise to never ever use Flysmarter, they are completely incompetent.
Nice try Flysmarter, to change the webaddress slightly, so the list of bad ratings doesn't show.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY !
In case of any problems whatsoever, you have NO chance of assistance from them. Paying extra for their "gold service" is like throwing money out of the window.
