Very poor customer service. Return an item for exchange over a month later and no sign of exchange or refund. I have tried to contacting them via email (which they have stopped replying to) via chat live and Facebook. No luck so far with anything. Taken my money and now I have nothing to show for it. Happy to take my money but not resolve my issues.
Ordered an item on December 3rd, intended to be a Christmas gift. Website states that for US & Canada customers, expect "4-7 business days, item fully tracked". I have finally received the order, on January 13th. Sent multiple emails to customer service asking for support and updates on shipping (which was not showing updates via Royal Mail), and have yet to get a single reply from anyone within the company.
In addition, the jacket I ordered lists the material as "natural wool bobble blend" on the product page, but the tag on the jacket says it's polyester and viscose. I likely wouldn't have purchased it had the materials been correctly stated on the website. Won't be buying anything from this company again.

Ordered from here on 15th November, returned joggers for a bigger size on 25th via next-day signed for delivery (meant to be a Xmas present). Confirmed they received on 3rd (after I emailed twice to chase an acknowledgement), barely respond to msgs (I’ve sent SEVEN since), haven’t sent me a replacement or a refund, and are now ignoring me. Have had better service from Wish, absolutely horrendous.
