Avoid!! Terrible customer service. No replacement parts are available

My C2 is only a few months old and faulty. Customer service is terrible. The initial filter is cotton and held on by velcro. The velcro arrived only partially stuck on and the filter is worn already. Wybot have no replacement parts and told me to buy my own elsewhere. The unit itself only cleans about half the pool and on most clean cycles gets stuck in a corner of my square pool.

Update: wybot admit the unit is faulty, but to get it repaired, i need to pay for the cost of transport.
Really, a very poor product with terribe customer service...avoid.

Less than 3 months until broken

Bought a C1 and a Skimmer at the beginning of summer, both broke down within a week of each other.

No answer from customer service after 3 days.

Very bad product and very slow(and from what I've been reading, useless) customer service.

I wish I had read reviews before buying instead of trusting Chat GPT's recommendation....

S2 Robot stopped working after 4 months…

S2 Robot stopped working after 4 months use. Customer service are impossible to contact. Contactable by email with 3 days to respond to each request. They ask you be patient. They say they will send a replacement when one is available. If you try to buy a new unit it is available for immediate delivery. I have requested the return address for 2 weeks now. No response other than we will look into it.

Don't buy on their website

Don't buy on their website, the after-sales service is terrible. I bought a C1 in May 2025 (under warranty) and it has problems from the beginning. After sending them a video where it is clear the error, they offer to change it but they pretend that I pay the shipping costs from Spain to Germany. You can only Contact them from email and It is like if you speak with a robot.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

It’s very close to a scam company, expensive products, quality is zero customer support doesn’t exist, pray that your robot doesn’t have any issue because if it does nobody will help you!

VERY disappointing


I received the wybot L1 middle of nov 2024. From the beginning, I had problems. Logging into the app, next to no error messages and what did come out said failed and nothing further. Turned out I just had to neglect the failure and continue. Middle Dec 2024, alarm for the button 4 on diagram in manual began going off randomly. I contacted the service department, they first told me to reset a non-existent switch in the robot under the collection basket. As stated non-existent when asked if they would send a diagram of where to find the switch told me I should then clean the charging port non-existent because it has a cord. Have now said I must send the robot back at my expense +/- €180 to send from spain to france since it is too heavy for the postal service, complete rubbish service and for a quality product to break down with less than 30 hours running is not what I expected, especially after all the accolades from the reviews.

Wybot Osprey 200

Bought a Wybot Osprey 200 which according to the spec info on the website, clears sand, debris, leaves and insects. Unless its picking up something insect size or bigger, it's useless. It runs too fast across the pool floor so just blows sandy dust either side of the wheels and back into the water. There is supposed to be a 15 day free return policy but I have been asking for return details for 6 days now (3 days after machine delivered). Customer service are useless, they just avoid the question or wait another 24 hours before sending a ridiculous reply. (Ie. Oh dear, that's unfortunate) 🤬. I've sent photos and videos of the problem and they are just not interested.

Don't waste your money
