Avoid!! Terrible customer service. No replacement parts are available
My C2 is only a few months old and faulty. Customer service is terrible. The initial filter is cotton and held on by velcro. The velcro arrived only partially stuck on and the filter is worn already. Wybot have no replacement parts and told me to buy my own elsewhere. The unit itself only cleans about half the pool and on most clean cycles gets stuck in a corner of my square pool.
Update: wybot admit the unit is faulty, but to get it repaired, i need to pay for the cost of transport.
Really, a very poor product with terribe customer service...avoid.
