I'm quite disappointed that my friend…

I'm quite disappointed that my friend with a disability was reprimanded by a cinema staff member for parking at the front, as if she were a child. We had even called ahead, leaving a message to inform them we required an accessible parking spot at the cinema's entrance. It’s unfortunate that another person struggled to park their vehicle. Normally, I wouldn't comment on someone's driving skills, but our car was compact and positioned right by the entrance, providing ample space for others. This experience left me as an unsatisfied customer, especially when I've been seeking financial backing for this endeavor.

I do not appreciate my disabled friend…

I do not appreciate my disabled friend being told off by one of the cinema staff as though she was a child for parking out the front of the cinema, even after we rang and left a message to let them know we would need an accessible parking space out front of the cinema, because someone else couldn't park their car, sorry but if they could not park their car in the remaining space then they might benefit from some more driving lessons I would not say this about another driver normally, but the car we were in was small and almost by the entrance doors so there was plenty of room we all know how much room there is so really one not very happy customer here who has been trying to get financial support for this venture.
