I accidentally ordered two of the Dreamwave curlers. I immediately realised my mistake and tried to contact the company. The only phone number I could find didn’t work, and I’ve had no reply to my email. I’ve now received both devices. I’m very disappointed in the service and would not use them again. The curler is a gift, so I haven’t tried it, but customer service appears to be non existent, except that they’ve already started sending me marketing material, but still no reply to my email. Disgraceful (non existent) customer service.

Faulty product delivered never used.
Very disappointed in lack of getting a response from their customer service department.
It’s been two weeks, I’ve sent numerous emails, to no avail.
I just want a replacement or a refund.
Customers cant get in touch to physically speak to anyone as their 0117 456 2025 doesn’t engage, immediately cutting off.
Extremely frustrating.

I was a bit sceptical about trying the Wylera Hair Dreamwave but I’m so glad that I did! I am not very coordinated and was worried I’d end up in a tangle, but the Dreamwave is just so easy to use and the curls hold for days! Love my new appliance

I recently received my DREAMWAVE.
I have very fine hair that doesn't usually hold for more than a few hours.
I have found it amazing; it is very quick to use, and the curls are still in the next day. It has really added body to my hair.

It charges quickly and the cordless factor is fantastic, no tangled cords while I'm using it.
I also like that it doesn’t require a high temperature to work effectively.
I would definitely recommend this product.

I am so glad that my friend advised it to me, its indeed my best buy! The best part of the curler is that its handy, fits into my handbag, and is battery operated so that I can use it in the car or wherever I wish to use it. And the results are so good. Its super easy to use it and the curls stay for long.
I am completely in love with my curler and have recommended it to so many of my friends who have already bought it after seeing my hairdo

I've been using this for over a month now and I'm very happy with it. It's hard to get my hair to hold the curls, so this does pretty much the same as other curlers. But it has the positive points due to being very practical as it is cordless, and rechargeable.
The temperature settings are ideal and so far my hair doesn't seem damaged by the barrel like some others curlers.

The only thing I'm slightly disappointed is the beeping is too loud and a bit annoying. I understand the purpose of it, but it could be improved to either being able to reduce the volume of it or maybe some wee vibration like haptic or something? When I was on holiday it was really awkward doing my hair and my friends hearing a beeping every 8seconds without knowing what was going on haha

Absolutely appalling company. I was sent a Dreamwave that would not work. I have emailed countless times including a video of the useless item. No response from customer services. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Contacted this company 6 times now with absolutely no response,my dreamcurler has never worked, will be contacting my bank now for a refund, absolutely terrible company to deal with.

Emailed the sales team that I wanted to return the item, however I never received a reply.

Scam. The company don't respond to emails/phonecalls. They scam your money and claim royal mail have delivered product. Tracking number to trick you. Do not buy from wylera.

I am genuinely surprised at how good this product is. I have a cupboard full of heated hair styling devices from which I have derived very little benefit. I didn’t have high hopes for this one although the ads did look convincing. To be fair, it does take a bit of practice to use but I love the results. I have long thick hair and used to struggle to get curls to last an evening. They now last for days and my hair looks healthy and shiny. I also love that it can be charged with a USB cable so is brilliant for travel.

The Wylera Dreamwave was a Birthday Gift from my Husband. I was amazed at how easy it is to use!

I struggled to curl my hair using regular hair straighteners and it was so time consuming. This product is fabulous, curling my hair is so much easier, quicker and I love that it is cordless and so portable. It really was the perfect gift

Ordered five days ago, not despatched, no response to emails or social media messages. Will be clawing back payment via my credit card company.

Wow wow wow!!!! Game changer! I have never been able to do my hair so quickly. I have such thick hair and it usually takes ages to curl, this is fab. Loving it!!!!!

This product is completely unsuitable for long hair. The barrel is tiny and the hair gets caught in it.

When I asked for a refund, I was given their terms and conditions which doesn't state that I can't have a refund. I was then given a lesson in how to use the gadget. It is obvious how to operate it. Then I was told that it was only me who thinks the way I do.

Really poor customer service. 😢 wasted my money.

After all the advertising showing how easy it is to use I thought I’d try it.
OMG it’s so hard to get it into the slot if I did manage to get it in it got stuck
I tried all ways after several attempts gave up I’ve emailed them asking to return it.
But reading some of your reviews it says they probably won’t because I’ve used it
Wish I’d read them first
It’s a lot of money to spend I hope they let me return, ill keep you posted on the outcome

TERRIBLE!
Ordered their Dreamwave online 21 days ago. Their website says the order is 'Fulfilled', they even have a Royal Mail tracking number. I paid £69 and never received the product. I've contacted them 3 times, zero response. Genuinely criminal - they have robbed me of £69.

I bought this hair curler 3 days ago and I emailed them and phoned them but no reply. The print on the instructions is too small for me to read and I dont know how to use it. When I turn it on it is very faint . All I can read is 002. I dont know how to increase the heat or the timing. It may work very well when I know how to use it but not impressed so far. Update : I have emailed twice and phoned twice (noone answers the phone .They just say email) and I have not had a reply. I tried again to use this curler . It worked for a few seconds but then didnt release my hair so I had to pull it free. I tried another time and it only took 2 inches of my hair then stopped. If I dont get a reply then I will have to return the product . They do NOT reply within 48 hours as stated on their website. Just hope that I dont have to pay postage.

I love the Wylera Hair curler it makes it so easy to curl my hair, I always struggled using traditional curlers! I love the fact that it is wireless and this makes it a safe option too! delivery was quick and customer service is excellent! Well done Wylera Hair for an amazing product!

Easy to purchase and a great delivery time. Bought for my wife after her friend curled her hair from what I can remember was the first time. She loved it so I bought one. Since then whenever she curls her she loves it and gets some many great comments. Even hairdresser was amazed. Great product and company to deal with.
