Having bought 2 necklaces and 2 rings, so far i have nothing but wonderful words to describe the experience i've had!
the items are wonderful, and i will very likely buy again!

Got a piece from them that was handmade in the Ukraine on order. It took a while to ship out, but that's understandable given the current circumstances there. Customer support did a good job of responding and checking on my order.

The item arrived and it was stunning, very detailed and made of high quality.

Ordered item late 2021, they sent it to the wrong country,got in touch to ask them to sort it and they brushed off my requests 3 times,no refund or anything worse customer experience ever, would not buy from them ever.

Great jewelry they provide. I bought a bunch of items and the quality of items is great and it's really pure amazing. Their customer service is also wonderful.

I purchased a Celtic Dragon Tungsten Carbide Ring at wyvern's hoard website, and I must say am very happy with my purchase and impressed with the website too because of the great customer services, first thing the ring itself is a masterpiece (high quality),the customer service team was amazing throughout the entire shipping process which was quick and no delay. definitely not recommended, items comes broken, when You try to sort it out, no answer from them.

I ordered a necklace that was advertised as being sterling silver. It definitely is not. It doesn't look as high quality as the original necklace from the photo. It even came mounted on a card that labeled it as "fashion jewelry", aka "cheap version". They've offered me 20% off my next purchase!!! As though anyone would want to order more cheap garbage.

The shipping was a nightmare for this place. I received one item within two weeks of ordering, and while it was smaller than expected, it was still great quality. (A rainbow tree crystal suncatcher.) 3 months later, beginning of March, I still have not received the bat clock and glow in the dark tentacle fingers (sounds weird, I know) I ordered. I reach out and they tell me they were delivered December 29th, a few days after I received the first item. Weirder yet, the screenshot says that they were all delivered together.
End of story, 2 weeks of nothing from the website or the Shop app, I finally get the two items, and the clock I received was just some dollar store crap that came cracked and is actually just a sticker plate meant to be put on top of a clock. I spent $45 on it.
Tentacle fingers are fine though. 🤷

I purchased an item from this place. It did arrive as was advertised however, it was not what I wanted. I contacted this company and was told that I could send it back for a refund. I did so at my cost. Months later, I get notification that my claim has been turned down. Wyvern's Hoard has the original purchase, I've paid the return item, so they have the item, my money, and the extra to return. It was a $50.00 item, I paid about $20.00 to send it back per their instructions, and then was told that I didn't send it to the right address (sent it to the address on the package, but it's from China, not Toronto), $70.00 for a $30.00 item-my bad, and I have nothing. They're shady. If I had been told that I wouldn't get a refund, I'd have certainly kept the item. NEVER AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a shame.

Purchased the eye of Horus ring. Turned my ring finger black were the ring sits and the ring has started to turn a copper orange.

I sent 3 emails to the company just asking if this is common? I like the ring and don’t plan on returning it or asking for a refund so far no response. I gave them plenty of time to respond. 2 months.
I also purchased the eye of Ra bracelet and it is nice.
Just disappointed they did not return a response.
I guess I will not be purchasing other items.

I make a great deal of online purchases but never have I ever got screwed like by Wyvern's Hoard.
1. Their products are from AliExpress, among other.
2. They don't answer their emails, even when you request a cancelation of an order. I've been trying for over 24 hours now, and I sent my first email only an hour after my purchase.
This is a total scam. Now I had to report a problem with PayPal in the hopes of seeing my money again.

My product hadn't even BEGUN to ship within the time frame promised to be fully delivered. I contacted customer support, and was ignored for several days, only for them to eventually get back to me just to tell me that what I ordered was just now shipping.
