1. When placing my first and only order, my credit card was declined. Less than 5 minutes later I received an email from US Bank that there was a problem related to my card. USB explained the common issue and gave approval.
2. The next day, X-All phoned me re: the Visa problem. We ordered the X-All. Because of the card problem, he waived the shipping fee.
3. The delivery arrived sooner than estimated.
4. The product does NOT work well. Not so good with the bathtub and grout. Not so good with the grease on and near the stove. I tried cleaning them MULTIPLE times. Those were the primary intended items to clean.
5. Maybe on simple things, like on windows, X-All would work fine?
6. NOT worth the price.
