X-Culture is an international collaboration platform designed to provide students and professionals with practical experience in international business and cross-cultural collaboration. Launched in 2010, the project has expanded to include participants from over 370 universities in 90 countries, with more than 115,000 students having completed the project since its inception, who have provided international business consulting to over 100 companies. The students are grouped into global virtual teams, each comprising around seven individuals from various countries. With the collaboration of about a dozen multinational corporations, these students tackle real-world business challenges presented by X-Culture's corporate partners. Among X-Culture’s clients have been such companies as Mercedes-Benz, The Home Depot, Louis Vuitton, YKK, MOS Burger, Hard Rock International, Alibaba, GCNA, JCB, Advanced Superabrasives, Care Vergnano, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Calgary International Airport, as well as over a hundred other small, medium, and large-sized companies. Through this immersive experience, students grapple with the complexities of international collaboration, mastering best practices and refining their business plan development skills. Biannually, the most outstanding students are invited to the X-Culture Symposium, a unique opportunity to meet their global team members and the management of their client organizations in person.See more
