Irresponsible social media company
They allow pornographic and harmful content and sharing private information while punishing normal people for mere opinions.

This hell site is lousy with bots, yet their automated bot detection features trigger on normal human behavior. Just the act of using the site as intended gets you flagged, and there is no way to contact anyone about resolving any issue.

X.com is the worst for censorship. Basically, gangs of KKKers now run the site and remove non-racist or anti-racist tweets. Seriously, saying raping little Thai girls is wrong gets you banned. Twitter is for Anti-Semites and Degenerates.

I have had an account with Twitter since the beginning. Hardly use it but it was always there if I needed. It. Recently this year C decided to ban and suspend or block my account for no apparent reason only for them to say I have violated there rules. This is complete nonsense. I don't really use it to violate it. I have been completely honest with them that I haven't, all I can recall is that I was hacked earlier In the year by Chinese hackers, and this may be something to do with it. They have not listened and I have constantly wrote to them and yet they will not be honest to me like I have been to them. This company is terrible and should not be allowed to victimise people when they feel like. How can I take legal action against these crimes of being wrongly accused? And still no help resolving the true matters of this case...

Horrible platform, terrible support

X (formerly Twitter) suspended my account @famekuku two weeks ago for no clear reason. I immediately submitted an appeal, but I have received no response at all from their support team.

I created this account years ago, I am a real person, and I am not a bot. I followed the rules and used the platform normally, yet my account was suspended without explanation or transparency.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. It’s obvious that customer support was reduced last year, and now users are paying the price. Appeals feel useless when there is no reply and no way to talk to a real human.

For a platform this large, the support system is extremely disappointing. Users deserve better treatment, clearer policies, and an actual customer support team.

X allows vile, filthy conversations against perfectly innocent people. Most recently Erica Kirk whose character and motives were relentlessly torn apart for no reason whatsoever. They say it is freedom of speech, I say it is criminal slander. They revel in this content.If you love vicious gossip and random hate you will love x I have lost all respect for Elon Musk whom I formerly admired.

I had an account in 2010 and I forgot the login information and didn’t have the email and phone that I used because they don’t exist anymore. I went through a process and nothing worked.
Later, this month I tried using various things from the help centre but they didn’t offer any verification options and won’t give me options to report the account since some weird tweets showed up on it. Once they respond once, they don’t allow you to reply and continue the conversation and they say that they can’t verify that the account is mine even though my picture and full name is clearly there and they didn’t do anything to try and verify my identity.
Very frustrating and annoying. Now the account is basically impersonating me and X is doing nothing about it.

As of this writing none of my appeals were answered and they have no humans reviewing these unjust suspensions .None of my over 10 and counting appeals were answered ! A ketamine addict and a retard suffering from Asperger syndrome named Elon The Felon Musk is not fit to be running X . The man is a neo nazi white trash supremacists criminal ,douchbag ,and scumbags who needs to be indefinitely imprisoned and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. That's why they got fined 140 million dollars for violating EU policies with they inauthentic behaviors and unscrupulous business practices. I hope a lawyer sues X out of existence. They let the cold illogic of a faulty A.I be our judge ,jury ,and executioner and makes groundless accusations against us and doesn't even say what specific post or actions made them permanently suspend you on X . You are guilty until most likely not proven innocent with them . Hundreds of millions more people have been permanently and falsely suspended due to "inauthentic behaviors " which is exponentially more than when Jack Dorsey owned X back when it was originally named Twitter . Taylor Mandeen the accounts executive for this criminal entity known as X pretended to help me on LinkedIn . He said that he would schedule a VC with his manager and myself . Instead this dumb sick peice of pond scum played games with me and intentionally wasted my time by giving me false hope . He never returned my messages when I attempted to confirm an appointment to see if I could get @tatuagembrs reinstated . None of the X employees respond to messages on LinkedIn, X,or email . They are soulless ,spineless, heartless and witless cockroaches who don't care about X’s customers and users . We need to all boycott X and shut it down permanently . All Elon Musk is doing is exploiting people for their money and then allow their glitchy dysfunctional A.I suspend the for inauthentic behaviors with no proof whatsoever ! Elon Musk is a scammer ,fraudster ,con artist ,crook and a swindler ! I hope he gets what's coming to him very soon . He's not human . X is not a free speech platform. They suppress free speech and they don’t let you express your opinions especially if you are not paying them enough.

There is no proper email address for Support. Or telephone number. It sends users to Old Twitter # which doesn't work. Users are asked to send email from X but, the code they ask you to enter to encrypt messages doesn't work. Won't take. Keeps coming up Invalid

Zero Support for Hacked Accounts – Privacy & Safety Ignored

I've been locked out of my account for weeks after a hack where the attacker enabled unauthorized 2 factor authentication. Despite being a paying Premium user and following all recovery procedures, X support has failed to resolve the issue or provide any meaningful human response.

This isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a serious security and privacy matter. Their system traps victims in automated loops with no urgency or escalation, even when sensitive data or business access is at stake.

If your account gets compromised, don’t expect real help. X support is broken, unaccountable, and not equipped to handle safety-related emergencies. A platform this large should treat security breaches with priority, not silence.

Ruined reliable Twitter, x.com by bad programming makes log in impossible with suspicious behavior and help support disallowed form submission. x.com prevents democracy if it is not suited to ...

If you subscribe to X premium you might as well just send them your money and expect nothing in return because that’s what you get!
Paying for a blue tick is meant to increase visibility of your account and increase interaction, it doesn’t for smaller accounts.
The algorithm is extremely buggy, and the notifications system is completely broken.

On top of this X has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The only way to contact anyone is through a DM (direct message). You send one to premium support and after around 5 days minimum, you get an automated reply from a bot, you ask to speak to a human and you then get a message saying they will be in contact. After another few days you receive another generic message that doesn’t even discuss the issue you are having, from a ‘human’ saying “that there are no changes to be made to your account” Ridiculous.

To sum up, in my experience if you’re thinking of joining X and paying for a blue tick, don’t bother. A joke of a service

but still the platform is same, good, great to share ideas and connect with other people too.

Without warning, my account was permanently blocked, and all of my appeals have gone unanswered. At the same time, continuing to charge my credit card for my premium subscription while denying me access to the platform.

This practice gives the impression of a system that excludes users but still collects their payments. To me, this is not only unfair but also completely lacking in transparency - and probably illegal!

I barely used it.

I retweeted a few mainstream news posts for a few months.

So when I went back 6 months later to find the account was suspended, I understood why advertisers were abandoning Musk's pile of shit.
