Had my account hacked and Can't talk to an actual person to resolve the problem

I had my account compromised, and they changed the email address attached to it. Its impossible for me to regain access, as there's no way for me to speak to an actual person to resolve the issue. All I get is their standard bot response to my issue, and that's it. How shit can a multi-billion dollar social media platform be is theres no way to esculate an issue, or get someone to look for you. Surely they should have the email and phone number used to open the account initially on record, but the bot response isn't helpful or useful at all.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Shut down my account (without telling me why) and then continue to charge me their exorbitant monthly charges for X (not so) Premium. Lame customer service and their support email does not even work X premium support.

Overrun with bots and propaganda trolls

Awful app. Overrun with bots and propaganda trolls aggressively spreading hate, lies, and disinformation. Reporting malicious, defamatory and hateful content does nothing whatsoever, they refuse to take anything down. It's almost entirely a platform for spreading hate and propaganda. It's not about free speech, it's about the freedom to lie and brainwash people with utter garbage.

You report issues but they just don’t…

You report issues but they just don’t accept it, it could be sexism or racism but they will allow other users to get away with it & close your report. Has happened to me twice. I am close to closing my account, if I do not then I will only watch things on there.

C site with fraud and fraud

Very bad site

Unfortunately, X Twitter previously became a very bad social communication site in terms of customer service as well as credibility and transparency. My account was suspended for no reason and I did not violate any laws or rules. I submitted a petition more than 20 times and I did not get a response. My subscription to authenticating my account was stolen as I subscribed for a whole year and in the second month my account was suspended and my money was not refunded.

X is for delete (the platform)

Firstly, users like Penny Hamby use this space to spread hate and generalise a group of people based on their faith. That is not free speech. It is just hate. And X is full of it.

As for X, it allows graphic videos, violence and explicit content every day. Things like animal abuse, violence and tons of explicit material. Yet they lock real users out for harmless opinions.

There is no real support. You get locked out and there is nobody to help. Premium is a joke. Nothing works as it should.

No Moderation

Platform is heavily unmoderated. Report function is completely useless since Elon Musk has bought twitter. There are a lot of racists, rapists, pedophiles, sexists and misogynists on the platform as well as misinformation being spread around. Violent rhetorics are allowed, and you are able to film yourself doing a crime and upload on X without any punishment. You are also allowed to encourage people to end their lives, and people have taken their life for it, no consequences.
I have no idea how this platform is allowed to operate especially in many countries where you can break the law with no punishment. Site is full of criminals and evil people.

Elon Musk took over Twitter to ensure…

Elon Musk took over Twitter to ensure free speech yet, if you post something they do not like, they deem it either "violent speech", "bullying", "harassment" or "some users may find your post to be offensive". Saying you want to see someone prosecuted for crimes and calling someone a 'pencil neck' is NOT violent rhetoric.

I've seen actual violent rhetoric on X and reported it to only get the response from X that it was ok. I suppose it's all in who you address in the post.

Meanwhile, I've seen Muslims directly threatening people saying what they are wanting to do and it gets a pass.

I paid for Premium last year in December and two weeks later I'm suspended for 7 days for allegedly violent rhetoric. Not one word I posted was violent. I've stated my opinion on matters and called people out for things but I've never called for violence to anyone and never would. I also never got the full features of Premium as your suppose to get when you pay Premium price.

I have deleted my account as it's just not worth it to have to tip toe through the tulips and you can't refute them because they made it where they don't have answer for what part of the post was offensive.

Free Speech in this country is, in fact gone no matter what platform you're on.

Not Xtatic.

I've had at least a dozen accounts over the years. When it was twitter, and now that it's X, with a 2 to 3-year gap in between. X now is no better than Twitter was then. Elon's claim to support "free speech" is untrue. If the bots, and even the incompetent human team, don't like your opinions, you'll be punished, banned, suspended, even deleted.

I began using X a few months ago, it was a twitter account that I revived, still with the old followers in it. I focus on three areas: Gaza-Palestine (opposed to the genocide); Canada - constitutional law and the North American Union; Canada - constitutional law, secession of any province, with current focus on Quebec and Alberta.

I type fast at 120 words a minute, and I read equally fast. A week ago, I began getting a huge influx of posts marked "For You", clearly directed my way by X itself. Most were pro-genocide, pro-Zionist. I muted many but I also replied to many, with my views, summed up as: October 7th for Dummies, Israel for Dummies; International law for Dummies.

A couple of days later, I found my account had been booby trapped, rigged, to deny me the right to post. It wasn't suspended, there was no notice I had broken the rules and so there was no form of appeal provided. I backed up my account and downloaded it. I appealed nonetheless, two or three times, and was rejected by somebody over there claiming I still had "control" of my account. There is no specific category of appeal that I can find for this form of CENSORSHIP, which consists in X preventing each and every attempt to post, repost or comment by blocking it with a bright blue banner claiming try later; and sometimes it demands my phone number, which it isn't going to get. Therefore, my X account has permanently lost any usefulness at all, since I am effectively denied the right to communicate with fellow Canadians on Canadian issues, with anyone else on any other issues, and with Palestine activists on that issue.

It must be said, this cute little surprise "blockage" with no way to appeal happened precisely after I began replying to pro-Zionist SPAM sent to me by X and marked "For You". I had also, moreover, recently discovered that Canada actually hired a female Mossad agent as Canada's ambassador to Israel; she had previously worked for Black Cube digging dirt on people to be used by Mossad for blackmail. I posted on that a couple of times, even directly to her after I followed her.

So, I think X is pretending to think I'm a bot, and are ignoring my communications to them, because Elon is pro-Israel and doesn't like my opinion getting around. Or maybe Mossad doesn't like my opinions.

So, X can SPAM me with impunity, but when I reply to THEIR pro-Israel spam, X blocks me without appeal. I am pretty soon going to log out and to hell with X. I managed without it for years, I can manage again.

Account suspended for no reason.

Account suspended for no reason. I also can’t delete it…What the hell? Something is wrong over there. I can’t even deactivate my account. They have more control over my account and there is no way to contact them. 1984 is here and it seems X is a part of it. I have to delete my email address to delete X. Pathetic. It is time to try truth social

DON’T PAY A SUBSCRIPTION

Paid basic subscription in August 2025. No ticks or verification on my account. Post still show under “probable scam”. No facility to contact X to resolve the problem.
“Grok” says this is a common problem even with subscriptions that cost more than mine. AVOID PAYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. ITS A SCAM.

As with most online platforms there is…

As with most online platforms there is no one to contact, while they happily ruin your business account with a label that you have no idea why it was necessary. SICK to death of these people. Either make it user friendly or not at all.
