Incomplete delivery and poor customer service
I was very dissatisfied with the way in which the delivery of the order was managed. I ordered my products and scheduled the delivery but to my surprise I realised later that X2O did not deliver all the products I had ordered. I received no intimation that the delivery was incomplete and infact even X2O was not aware of this issue until I called them. Despite repeated calls even after 10 days since the incomplete delivery, X2O cannot ascertain what they have supplied or what is yet to be delivered and how long it will take to deliver the missing products. The only response I get is that the logistics department of X20 has not given any information and hence the staff at X20 showroom can do nothing. I received so many emails asking for the payment etc but the communication falls flat regarding the problem resolution. There is no proactive resolve to address genuine customer grievances. The whole episode has caused me a delay in the project and stress.

Bad customer care, mess pricing system and banner trap
Bad customer care, mess pricing of products and ad banners trap.
The product pictures look nice but there is no customer care at all.
X2O even blocks my account, which means I can not track my orders and what even worse is that as a customer in ther nertherlands I am nor welcomed by X2O. :)
Here is my story:
I went to X2O because of their 'special summer discount' at that moment. After I added some products, the total price was indeed a bargain. Then I placed the order. I did not calculate in detail, because the system showed the price calculation progress. Then two days after, I was informed that they have to cancel my order, because of the wrong price. But it is not my problem. As a customer, I just followed the price calculation by X2O's system. Considering that I indeed want to buy some products (3-4k), I ask them for compensation for the time I wasted placing the order and waiting. But the response I got is that they canceled my order without my agreement. and delete my account.
