Purchased pair of bottoms and a few…
Purchased pair of bottoms and a few T-shirts and a hoody, the pants zip broke after 2 months. I’ve been told they won’t replace it as it’s out of the first few months but no courtesy given as a gesture of goodwill. The people here are are great though very nice people. This isnt the issue at all.

Hi Pablo, I'm so sorry your pants were faulty, & we couldnt replace them for you, we do offer a 90 day quality guarantee on all of our products & if you had contacted us within this time we would have been more than happy to replce the pants for you. Unfortunately, as the pants were purchased nearly 12 months ago this is well out of our guarantee period & we are unable to replace them at this stage, we did however offer a 50% discount off a replacement pair as a gesture of good will which was refused by yourself, so sorry we couldn't resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Quality at a good price.
The amount of styles and quality of the product at such a good price point especially for MTB wear is a rare thing…..this company has all of those I was esp surprised at the quality of the items.

Although a great product and great value for money I did have to chase the vendor about non delivery as several weeks had elapsed since my order was placed and nothing had been dispatched nor any messages were sent warning of my delayed order. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a five star rating so knocking one star off for the lack of comms initially.
