Absolutely disgusting customer service, bot is totally useless just like the idiots that sell it! They do reply occasionally but it is usually a one word answer and doesn't do me any favours, never showed up to the installation call and still not provided any help at all! Do not waste your money

the bot is a loser
their bot doesnt know what its doing, their support is useless, they just want your money. trade yourself and dont waste your money and time with them

Shocking, i bought v1 and later v3 and 1. no one showed up to the setup call, 2. 0 support. 3. they scammed me for £100 on a live account. 4. the bot is terrible and hasnt taken any wins, all losses.

I bought the V2 bot for $1000 in my currency. Before the purchase, they always replied to my questions, but once I bought it, they gave me zero support. The bot doesn’t work—it barely opened trades, and the few it did were only losses. I thought maybe I set it up wrong, but the fact that they ignored all my messages told me enough: this is a scam. The group looks like a dream, making it seem like you’ll get rich fast, but it’s all a trap. I managed to get my money back by reporting it as fraud to my credit card company. Don’t believe the positive reviews—they’re likely fake. Please don’t fall for it, it’s a scam!

All reviews are bought or fake !!!!!! Right from the start, I can prove everything! These are scammers who send you some kind of bot, and from that moment on, support ignores you, you no longer receive any answers, and you make appointments for a c Call out and no one comes in. In case the bot doesn't work, it only makes minus, these are scammers who have put a lot of effort into it.

Bought the EA, received 0 support at all, EA didn't make any profit, only losses, asked for help and got blocked, Avoid this EA and developer at all costs, If the developer objects this review I got proof of the awful support, awful results, and being blocked

Got the ea a while while back, contacted support about some questions and other things about the ea, they just left me on read and even said that the bot is fake.😹
They glamorize having a big community but cant evan have a normal conversation. Also id like to mention one of my buddies, he bought the V1 also a while back, before they transitioned to this website. He also saw that the support was horrible and came to ask one last question, they simply just blocked him…
I honestly have no words, the ea does work, but i want to understand a few thing’s but the support just makes the bot feel useless to me.

Never spend money with them, go get something else or even better some signal group, you’d make your money back faster in no time.
