Pathetic customer service and repair service

I have sent my elite series 2 controller 4 times now to be repaired from a simple audio port repair as sound not playing through headset and still not fixed , service is pathetic ,even requested replacement and got told no they can't do it only repair but apparently can't even get that right , microsoft is one of the biggest companies in the world and no after sales service and difficult to speak to a agent.maybe time for playstation
