Can’t fault the company in terms of delivery, packaging etc…but product had no effect on me

They simply don’t get back to you when you email… it’s actually insane.

Xbrain has really changed my life! I am much more productive, happier, and just overall more excited to tackle the day ahead of me! I’m excited to continue to use X, and spread awareness to others who are looking to live a kore positive lifestyle.

I’ve struggled with ADHD my whole life. I’ve tried all kinds of ADHD medications that somewhat worked but the side effects out weighed the benefits. X brain seriously works, no joke. I’m blown away how effective it’s been for me in so many different areas but mainly my focus, thought clarity, reaction time and positive mood.

It works just as described.

I didn't get any answer after writing a mail to xbrain that my order is going back to them becouse national customs authority don't let me get it.

Why dont you respond to emails?

Why is there no telephone number for you?

Why has my subscription renewed when i have already cancelled it on your website?

Why does your product give me ghastly side effects?

The products I bought have done exactly what Xbrain said they would. The company delivered my goods on time and well packaged.

I have emailed so many times this last year and rarely get any response. Troscriptions is constantly out of stock as is Harmony. So I cannot even get continuity. I emailed on 25 November, 10 and 16th(twice) December, with zero acknowledgement or response. Changing the subscription is difficult and necessitates cancelling and starting again. So, yes, I am incurring problems and would so so appreciate some help and support.

Never use this company, 3 times they have sent me out of date supplements, the last order was 3 years out of date. Good luck getting them to respond to emails. Awful company, non existent customer service. Do not use this company.

Been taking for serval months. Not seen any improvement or change. Very expensive a d then charge P and P on top.

We had the goods ok and promptly , but i sent two emails re the purchase , two weeks, before buying, asking questions, and they were ignored totally . Makes me nervous of dealing with a company, with no telephone contact possible, and never answers emails !

Placed an order on 1 June, which Xbrain took the payment for. Didn't receive confirmation that my order had been received until 15 June. Followed up on the status of my order (still shows as 'processing' on their webshite) on 1, 5 & 13 July. No response from Xbrain. Nothing. Have been buying from them since 2017. Absolute joke customer service.
