(1) Playing Dirty Politics with the help of another employee (2) Signed bond for 1.5 year but take all your original document like 10th marksheet,12th marksheet,degree certificate and whenever you need you documents for another purpose you have been charged for 30k INR. (3) Not employee friendly environment. (4) when you will try to raise voice against dirty politics then nobody in company will talk to you properly not giving answer because if anybody want to talk to you then same thing will happen to them. cheap thinking ability of MD(Alpesh Khunt) with the help of Bhavesh Parekh
Advice to Management
Change the way of think and stop playing dirty politics and stop to collect that document payment.

Q1. Pros: There are no pros for this company
X-Byte: It completely depends on the individual’s mental capability and situation about what he feels about his workplace. The company has nothing to do with that. It’s completely his personal opinion which can also be given because of his personal issues with the staff or in anger.
Q2. Playing Dirty Politics with the help of another employee
X-Byte: As far as X-Byte is concerned, we don’t play any dirty politics here in our company and we provide a very healthy working environment for all our employees.
Q3. Signed bond for 1.5 years but take all your an original document like 10th mark sheet,12th mark sheet, degree certificate and whenever you need your documents for another purpose you have been charged for 30k INR.
X-Byte: Taking all the original documents is part of our process which most companies follow for their safety. But whenever out employees need their original documents, we give me them back without any hesitation as the documents are their own property. And as mentioned by Keyur, we don’t charge anything in giving the original documents back as they (documents) are their (employees’) own property.
Q4. Not an employee-friendly environment.

X-Byte: As mentioned earlier, we don’t play any dirty politics here in our company, there is no chance about what he has mentioned about the company, its MD Mr. Alpesh Khunt or Mr. Bhavesh Parekh. All the statements given by Mr. Keyur are his personal sentiments and there is no truth is it.
