X cotton got in touch with me quickly and offered a payment to cover the damage done in shipping. Since we were eager to progress with the assembly of our gazebo, we accepted the offer. Their employee named Cherry was extremely helpful and when I questioned how long it would take to get the payment, she expedited the process and I received my payment immediately.

Shipping protection service
I had an issue where my package came open and some items were missing, but thanks to the support team at Xcotton, they were able to successfully and quickly able to settle the situation. I truly appreciate the help that Cherry gave when it came to resolving the issue. Cherry went above and beyond by responded quickly and accurately, which helped a lot.

I ordered a product from Birdfy. They pushed the Xcottons insurance on me, which seemed odd, as I’d expect a product I’ve paid £130+ for to arrive without issue (and if an issue arose, I would argue that was the sellers fault, not mine). However, because the seller used Evri (not exactly known for reliable delivery services), the thing I’d purchased was ‘lost at their warehouse’. I even had email evidence of this from Ervi, and shared it with Xcottons.
I thought “no problem, I’ve paid for extra insurance” and went on to claim on the Xcottons portal. They swiftly came back to me, to tell me that it wasn’t their fault/problem that Evri had lost my parcel. I’m now unsure of what on earth they charge for?
It turns out that I should’ve trusted my intuition and not paid for this sham of a service. They’re a bunch of chancers and you shouldn’t trust them one iota. Disgusting business and I hope they’re ashamed of themselves.

I made my purchase for 3 bundles of Vietnamese Hair, when it was delivered I arrived home and my package was missing.
I contacted the company ( vendor) and informed of what happened. The representative responded in a professional manner and requested that I send proof of my package missing, a video footage, confirmation of lost package from the courier or a police report.
I submitted a police report, stayed in communication with the representative, within 4days I received a new package.
