I am completely outraged at the lack of communication with the company. As a first time investor i was never informed of needing a ALM certificate when it came to withdrawing my funds from them. I even informed them that this was my first time and not one time when I was trying to withdraw was it ever mentioned I need to purchase a 3800.00 certificate. I.made an attempt to withdraw my 18k I was told i nedded to deposit 1000.00 to withdraw my 18k again ne er mentioned the certificate so i deposit the 1k to get the 18k gave the company the correct btc address to send to well I never received it cause they some how managed to send to the wrong address. Then was told to pay 500.00 to fix their screw up then I did that and then I was notified I need to buy a 3800.00 certificate. I don't have 3800.00 cause all my damn funds are with xcrowd. Stay away from this company

This company is a complete scam! There customer support only answers when they want you to deposit money! They talk in riddles never answering questions with a direct answer! They take your money they don’t live up to what they say and you will never get your money back or your withdrawal! Do not invest with this company but if you do you’ve been warned!
