Response to support tickets very slow and no action to complete. My deposit is stuck in limbo and was told it would have to be manually deposited. That was days ago, still waiting, no response and no deposit. Be very cautious with these no KYC exchanges...

XeggeX is friendly, fast and supportive to there community. There site works well with little connection issues. fees are low... plus the use of XPE makes moving your crypto easy.

Hello. I am very pleasantly surprised by the crypto exchange. It is organized according to my preferences. For me it is very readable, clean and fast. A lot of information about tokens contained in a minimum number of pages. I like the option with Twitter in the info of each token. I recently purchased $AIPG. No problems with depositing $USDT or $ETH. Fast exchange of tokens and efficient withdrawal of assets to an external wallet.I hope this quality will be maintained at this level. I give it 5 stars because I simply liked the exchange and had no technical problems with it. Happy New Year.

My apologies.I did not realize I had two email accounts .From the beginning I liked my experience with XeggeX. I just got frustrated when one day I couldn’t access my account. The set up is decent and everything is well layed out however the only problem i find with the exchange is when you create a ticket for problems there is not enough staff or agents as i have been waiting over 30 hours for a simple response....I am making an edit on this post to let people know that it has now been a full 7 days since i reported a deposit problem and i have had the worst customer service i think i have ever received, still no funds added through that transaction yet they have the tokens as you can see them on the block explorer.

I redacted my previous comment. It wasn’t a fair review given the fact I had only been using the exchange for a couple hours. It was, instead, me letting these other bad reviews get to me and then I went and made a mountain out of a mole hill. I jumped the run and rushed to assume I’d been scammed. Ashamed as I am to admit it.
I’ve been in the crypto world for about 3 years, no veteran at it but far from a novice, and I’ve came across some weird exchanges and I’ve honestly not found one to be fraudulent (so far). I have to keep reminding myself that when it comes to crypto exchanges the sky is the limit on how they look and operate versus the next one. It’s all relatively new technology and with it comes a lot of different ideas on how the “norm” should look.
With that being said and the almost off topic rant complete, Xeggex is a decent exchange. I know once I get used to its layout and figure out the best way for it to suit my needs it’ll be a frequent service I’ll use.
In my now deleted review I posted that I thought I had sent money to the trash by sending it there because my Bitcoin Lightning transfer never made it through no matter how many times I reconfirmed the Tx. I’m not sure what happened but almost a full 24 hours later it’s finally there. As most know that has nothing to do with the intermediaries involved and that it’s all on the blockchain (unless some shady stuff was going on being the scene that I’m sure is happening out there somewhere), but not the case here.

My apologies Xeggex. I was sure to right my wrongs as soon as I found out differently. Keep up the honest work and hope more of the bad reviewers had similar experiences after posting their reviews.

I deposited $82 using Bep-20 and its still not reflecting. Their support still hasn’t responded to my ticket yet. This is very frustrating and a total fail to your users

Indeed i am reading some comments and gave me wrong image, as i tried to withdraw all are pretty clear, eventhough was from their coin airdrop most probably (this i wanted to have a notification not to think that someone sent by mistake to me) I trade them to usdt and send them throught BEP20 the transaction took less than 1 minute that other more known exchange take much longer.
Overall experience in airdrop/tradin/deposit/withdrawl just amazing.
Just not so recognised yet and it is a pitty.
Now in the future and for legit i kept some of the coins future will show but i believe they have huge potential as is simple and nice for amateurs also and pretty fast updated wallets and everything

I deposited tether to my bep20 deposit tether adress, it says "sucess" on bscscanner but i havent received it in my xeggex account.

Please i just cannot afford it, you can do this scam to other people, but when you dont respond after 2 days on support ticket im getting worried, can you plz resolve this faster? Or have you scammed me.

STAY AWAY FROM DEPOSITING WITH BEP20 NETWORK. 2TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED, FIRST WAS 88DOLLARS, now 661dollars. Support is really slow, and hasn't sent back 88dollars yet. Be very careful with this exchange. Now total sum i have lost is 770dollars.

This is actually a pretty solid exchange which for some reason hasn't got the recognition it deserves.

Was having issues with a USDT BEP 20 withdraw that didnt show in my personal wallet from Xeggex. I contacted Xeggex customer service about the withdraw. First i was told it was in my wallet..Which it wasnt.. I contacted the personal wallet support and they said they were having infrastructure issues. SO i contacted Xeggex back to explain issues and got an ignorant response from their agent ``john``. ``We are not Exodus so im not sure what you want from us``.. I didnt want anything from them but to explain the network was having issues..I think ill move my funds elsewhere as they work on their customer service isiues.

Easy to use, very well organized, stable uptime but I came across some issues. There is not a quick and effective support system. Opening tickets and waiting hours for reply is not the best practice in this industry nowadays. Second issue is that lately having problems with withdrawals under USDT-PLG20. For example, today there are not found any issues at Polygon network ( polygonstatus DOT com ) but the USDT-PLG20 withdrawals facing problems. I am waiting in a restaurant to pay the bill, if xeggex manages to transfer my money, else probably I will do the dishes. So concluding, very good application environment but lack on quick support and some issues with withdrawals (at least with the USDT-PLG20). Finally, after a long time waiting, all USDT funds was credited in where they were sent, even though the support ticket still not replied.

I approached this exchange with caution, it is not that well known and is not mentioned in crypto circles that often, after some time of use I can really say that I am satisfied with how the exchange works. First of all, small fees for some coins (for example Kaspa coin, Mexc asks for a fee of 30 Kaspa for withdrawing, and with Xeggex it is like 0.0005, which is really great). There is no waiting when sending and receiving coins, so the rating from me is 5/5 for now.

and only weakness of this exchange is high fee in withdrawal in some coins such as USDT (trc-20)

Now my new best exchange. Before it was Mexc. I made most money on lowcaps on Xeggex. Support is best on the whole crypto market. Hope this won't change as inevitably more people will join this exchange which means more work and tasks for this engaged people on help center. Thank you.
