Purchase done and paid on their site, confirmation of order and payment received but PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED ! I sent e-mail to their contact on their site : NEVER ANSWERED. Message written on their site : NEVER ANSWERED.
You buy their product and they don't give a damn once they have your money.
Recently had a motorbike stolen and thousands of pounds with of damage done so bought a Xena alarmed disc lock. They came back to steal my other bike last night but this time it had a Xena alarmed lock. It did it’s job and scared them off 👍
Had my first alarm disk lock with them and it was great lasted ages. Eventually it died so I purchased one of the latest ones. After a couple of months it stopped working. I contacted customer support. Now it took a while but they sent replacement parts and kept going till the issues was fixed. It was very backward and forwards but the didn't blank me and kept going until they got a solution (thanks Geoff 👍) so I can say I'm happy with them and their customer service.
Company fails to respond to sales enquiry / product support emails from there own website. Even uk importer describes xena as providing poor support and failing to respond to requests.
