Great service. Had no idea how to do 9/10 things so I asked. Got a response in under 2 minutes for every question I asked! Also offers HTTPS with no extra charge: so easy to set up even I figured out how to do it!
As a web developer for 5 years now, I have been to a lot of different hosts. This host is by far the best I have used thus far. They previously offered VPS hosting, which was extremely cheap and offered comparable specs to those such as Digital Ocean, however setup was not automatic. Their VPS hosting has since been closed and is no longer offered, however they backed up every users VPS data and allows us to get all our data back at any time. Their shared hosting is by far the most affordable I have ever found, and with professional features that most shared hosts don't even offer, such as full SSH access. Uptime is absolutely perfect, extremely fast servers, friendly staff members, and you have direct contact with a real staff member at all times via their Discord server. 10/10 host.
Most of the services I bought was quickly delivered and setup and well maintained and supported both through their website and Discord chats as well. The only caveat I had was the VPS package took a long time for them to setup from an overall perspective (Not just my VPS but the whole system) and so almost made me switch to a different service. Once it was setup, however, it worked with no problems from their end at all!
