I have used like 30+ hosting companies already and these guys hit the very bottom. Don't be lured by low price, it just doesn't worth it. My VPSs have been down for more than 10 days due to corrupted disks, and they seem to intend to do nothing about it, only sending responses like 'we will fix the issue as soon as possible'.

I currently have a colocation with Xeroz. I am very positive about this and they do everything possible to make the server fully functional! If you experience any problems they are always ready to help!

unfortunately the service was not delivered and I get random mail that it will not be delivered either, too bad. disappointed

Do not think service is even available for GPC-3. You have to book timeslots that are only for 3hours (when purchased it was adverised 4-6hrs) but the booking does not work, once the time comes it will give you details on a site to login but for me there is no valid information on there. Support system is very very slow. Cannot recommend; have yet to actually try the service.

They will take your money and then your server won't work, they won't reply to your tickets/chats! They are cheaters, liars, and thieves. Don't go to them!

The staff support is amazing plus xeroz has chaep server hosting and the servers work awesome getting 50 ping

The server is not working all the time the uptime is barely 30% because every 2 days you have to restart the server or wait 2/3 days or more for support to write back and get your server up and running because you can't do it in the panel. They ignore their customers I do not recommend buying the worst provider I have met with currently

Fast delivery time, fast support and the cheapest service in the world. There are some downtimes which is understandable for such a cheap host and they usually fix their downtimes fast. The staff are funny while taking their job seriously and being very formal at the same time. Can only recommend it.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations before buying their service, because it seems that they are new to this industry, and the service price is low, so, you know, I just bought one of their presale services randomly, only for network testing.
After a long wait, my order finally opened on June 3rd, and they kept their promise and added extra configuration for me, which makes me feel very good
I may use it for a long time

Because the NL-1 node needs to replace the computer room, it is finally online again today, and the merchant promises to compensate, no matter what, at least it can be used now

xeroz.tech is a complete and utter liar, the compensation offered was just casual talk, all kinds of downtime issues and the VPS was terminated after the date of my invoice, speechless

Service has temporarily resumed on November 7th

From the moment I contacted their customer service team, I was welcomed by friendly, knowledgeable representatives who were eager to understand my issues. The team took the time to explain technical terms in language I could understand and provided practical solutions for my issues. What impressed me most was the focus and patience of the support staff, even when dealing with complex issues.
The responsiveness of Xeroz VPS was also incredible. As soon as I raised my concerns, they began assisting me with investigating the issue and provided regular updates until the problem was resolved. They also went out of their way to provide additional support, which helped me better understand how to use their service.

Great place to get quality services at a low price, the team even does custom deals and its just amazing!
I've been using them for over a month I guess and its just goooood.

This provider is fantastic, the management is quick support wise and getting services provisioned. When I first purchased a Dedicated server, it was setup ln less than 72 hours.

The owner of Xero also personally helped me install 3rd party programs at a small fee, these programs where added right after purchasing, and zero time waisted.
