Extremely Poor Customer Service

I purchased an XFX RX 7900 XT which suffered a catastrophic failure within an hour of first use. The displays suddenly went black, and when I attempted to power the system back on, the card failed completely with an audible pop and a cloud of grey smoke.

The card was installed correctly using a Corsair RM850e 850W power supply and genuine Corsair cables, with all connections fully seated and configured exactly as recommended.

While defects can happen with any manufacturer, what has disappointed me most has been the support experience. Replies typically come once a day, which may be due to time zone differences, but the overall communication has still been slow and lacking in meaningful progress. After five days, I have not received a clear resolution path.

Because of both the catastrophic early failure and the inadequate support response, I no longer have confidence in accepting a replacement from this manufacturer and have instead sought a refund through the retailer.

I hope this was simply an isolated defect, but my personal experience has unfortunately left me unable to recommend XFX based on product reliability and after-sales support.

Replaced my GFX fans with no bother

Great customer service. Two of the fans on my XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT stopped worked a few of weeks ago, XFX handled the free replacements very smoothly and quickly. Their support/ticket website looks a bit dated but it was certainly very effective for me.

FAST RMA on a card within 60 days of End of Warranty

Bought an XFX RX 6900 XT 2.9 years ago. It went bad 1.5 months ago. Took me a month to get to the "failing video card" part as I also had an issue with memory and had to wait for qvl to be delivered/installed to konw for sure GPU was bad. Had already reached out to XFX and been assigned an RMA#. 30 days later I reach out again and they reissue the RMA. At this point we're down to less than .. 90 days? Maybe 60 on the 3 year warranty. I was honestly surprised I didn't have to beg them for a repair or refurbished replacement. Not a hesitation! Sent me a better card back then the one I bought. Not by a lot but it's a better card and will likely outlast the one I bought NEW. I'm impressed. Maybe all GPU makers/sellers do business this way. I don't know. Just wanted to let you all know these guys are top shelf IMO!

I really do not know what to make of…

I really do not know what to make of this bank. No transparency with transactions, complete lack of communication or documentation regarding deduction from my balance and poor customer service. I wouldn't have really cared much about these if not for my inability to withdraw my money. I had to reach out to bio picture before I got my money back two days ago

Im not really happy so far

Im in shock so far. Just received my first xfx gpu. There is no any guide in the box even on the website. It has a dual bios switch but it doesn’t say anything which is quite and which is the oc mode. On the website nothing about that as well.

For the life of them they haven't…

For the life of them they haven't learned how to ship a graphics card, and there is no way to contact them... not like they would get back to you. They will never claim this profile because of the dogshit job they do.

Horrible experience- bad product with…

Horrible experience- bad product with worse customer service. Have an XFX RTX7900XT- owned for less than a year. Device stopped working, powers on with light and fans but no display out. I opened a ticket for repair and was met with a demand for the receipt from the store it was purchased. When I called customer service to verify the warranty I was told the warranty would not be honored without the original purchase receipt and these strict measures were taken to prevent theft from the supplier or distrobution center. The customer service rep, Mark, was very rude throughout the conversation and asked the "Are you stupid?" line of questions with indignant "I didn't call you stupid, I asked a question" type of responses when asking about theft. Like, really? You guys sell a bunk graphics card and then question me about theft and malfeasance? And then refuse to authorize a repair for an item still under warranty. I will avoid this company like the plague in the future. Terrible PC parts and even worse customer service. Do better XFX.

Flickery Rubbish XFX Quicksilver Mag 7800XT

Bought a XFX Quicksilver Mag 7800XT. Experienced constant screen flickers, changed cables, deleted old drivers with AMD clean up and DDU. Even did a fresh install of Windows 10 and installed brand new drivers. Still flickered. I am returning and will get a Nvidia 4070 Superr

mark@xbez will lie and then act like a jerk

Yep mark@xbez or what ever is a lying sack of crap and rude as hell.

My card is less then 7 months old. It was having all kinds of artifacts. They told me to send it to them so I had to pay for shipping and b3 without a card for almost a month.

Before I even started all the process, I asked specifically about the replacement. I asked if it would be refurbished used. He said they don't fix them there so it wouldn't be refurbished.

One month later they send me some poop used card. I asked them why they did this and they said you get what we have. I explained this wasn't what I was told. They don't give a danm. They said we'll it's not refurbished it's just an open box return we tested. I explained that they "tested" my card to and found nothing wrong. I don't really see how this would be better.

Well now mark is telling me I'm not entitled to anything and that you get what ever they want to send you.

Poop customer service, poop cards, poop exchange program. Frick XFX they are dog poop and I hope they close down.

The worst customer support, ever.

A few months ago, I purchased a XFX Speedster MERC310 AMD Radeon RX 7900XT Ultra. I discovered my Hotspot on my card was exceeding 100C, hitting up to 110C.
I reached out to your customer support and the guy’s name was Erik.
He was very helpful, the problem I had is very upsetting to me from an IT support perspective. You see I to work in IT and as an IT professional I never would have asked my client to repair a defective product for them self’s while it was still under warranty. He informed me that XFX has no advanced RMA support and as a customer who paid almost $900.00 US dollars, I find that unexpected.
I have had defective hard drives and even motherboards and the vender offered me advanced RMA, sometimes with a $50.00 deposit and sometimes no deposit. The point being I never had to have my system fulling down waiting for a replacement part that was defective. Now that’s not to say he didn’t offer me the option to do an RMA, just that XFX didn’t do advanced RMA’s. I find that very sad.
I first did as he advised and tightened done the 4 screws and that did bring down the temps to between 75-85C, and then decided to get some premium CPU thermal paste and re applied that and now the temps are averaging 72-82C with peaks at 88C for a second or two.
My biggest concern is even thou he said that piercing the warranty sticker won’t void the warranty, I am worried if I need warranty work going forward that someone will decide that because I fallowed the techs advise that my warranty will be voided.
You see as an IT person I also consider myself a customer service rep as well and as such to me giving my clients the best posable service is everything. Therefore, I see things as all IT/customer service professionals should be doing the same.
Now after redoing the thermal paste for the 3rd time, I reached back out again but they want me to send in the card first making my system be down for god only knows how long while I wait for a replacement, and from what I have seen online that could be awhile at best. And on top of it I now have some tech named mark@xbez telling me, like a jerk.
"This is the end of the road on this question. We answered it and the answer was "No."
I will never buy an XFX product again.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MARK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just got off the phone with Mark from customer service with a compatibility question! Boy was he great! He took the time to explain the gain from my potential $900+ card upgrade and helped me understand that my XFX RX 580 card is still amazing, especially with the games that I play. For me the 10%- 20% improvement wouldn’t be worth paying crazy money on a card at the moment. I have loved my card it has always done well. The performance of that card had already earned my return business with XFX, the honesty and helpfulness he displayed earned XFX my business for life. Ten put of ten stars, he deserves a raise!

Terrible support

Terrible support. I had some video cards bought from them and already a week try to get a RMA for return.
First you have to register each item in their site to start a ticket.
After you receive no-reply email with a link which is not possible to enter. Even using copy/paste you get "Password error" . I requested 3-4 times new passwords to check the status of my ticket.
All that is probably to make you quit.
