Only abuse and sales support ticket. So i created an abuse support ticket over a week ago, still no response.

While we are unable to provide the exact reasons behind the decisions, this customer had their account closed for a serious breach of our terms of service and, as a result, left this review, which also attempted to reverse the payments. An ongoing investigation continues at this time. We have also checked many of their other reviews left for other companies and seems to be a patten of behavior by using reivews such as this as a weapon if a company will not be blackmailed by their threats.

5/5 Rating - Legit

This is a must. Cheap yet powerful servers. Outstandint support. What else could I wish for? This is it for me!

I've been a customer since 2021 up until now and never ceased to amaze me. What I like the most is the VPS with a option for Free Windows Server OS. Asia (SGP) + DDoS Protected + Windows = Best of the competition out there!

WAS GOOD, NOW I WOULD STAY AWAY.

I've been using this company for years. they were kinda good, with good prices and great quality of services.
for the last year everything went down in a very horrible way, the support went away (like there isn't any support exists) and it would have taken them a week to respond to a support ticket, imagine having a conversation about an issue you have, while the support guy takes 1 week to answer, and then all over again.
I thought that everything is changed when they reopened, and I always advised my customers to get hostings from here, because of the proper service & prices. recently I advised my client to get a few services from here, and it didn't get activated properly. the fact that we were required to wait 2 days for a proper response is a shame. especially because I'm the one who recommended him to buy it from this company (which was good).
the fact that the Owner cannot handle any "bad" reviews (=honest ones) and deleted my complaint from his Discord channel shows me that nothing got changed on this company PLUS blocked me from his channel.
And dear Owner, when you read this review. keep in mind that reviews are something that is required for any business, but you (as the business owner) should be able to face the truth and face with YOUR customer's review, and not delete them and block them from your channel (so people won't see the truth).
if you don't know how to take a review (and use it to make your business better) then you're in the wrong business. FOR SURE.

I want to share my awful experience…

I want to share my awful experience with this company, and hopefully I'll help other people to not to end up with this bunch of disrespectful, impolite and non professional subnormals.

I was looking for a Shoutcast services provider, so as a guest I've submitted a query to customer service asking for confirmation about some specific features and capabilities, and I didn't receive any contact back from them in more than 24hs, ok maybe they're answering just to clients I thought, could be anyway, so I've just move forward and I opened an account to check the stuff on my own... what possibly could go wrong?... well, here is the thing, they offer services like this specific one of Shoutcast with Sonic Control Panel, but they hasn't the license for that... of course you wouldn't be able not even to login into your account... then I asked costumer service to help me go through the issue, same as before, hours waiting and no one contacted me at all, hours and hours... nothing, but as soon as I left a negative comment in their Facebook page, around 30 seconds later they cancelled my account and issue a full refund, arguing that "we are extremely busy with both business and personal issues currently"... this guy, John Smith which is the owner is such a non professional subnormal... how can you shield yourself behind "personal issues" being the owner of a services provider company... entry level here...

Completely avoidable company, stay away from them

Afterwards the cancelled my account, they block my IP til' 2024, they accused me of "abusive behavior" uttering pseudo advices and wishes about look for another provider... and you know what?, only non professional take it personal, no excuses here, that's what they are.

I've been a client of a hosting services provider from Germany (they decided to look for the answer at the only place where such could be valid, and truthful), top notch, probably you may know about who I'm talking about, as they're well-known for strive for excellence, more than 5,000,000 satisfied customers worldwide can confirm that, including myself, for more than 10 years, and I've submitted hundreds of tickets for a wide rage of different issues, they always treated me with respect and there wasn't not even one occasion they weren't able to fix an issue for me, see the difference between an outstanding quality professional company and this "entry level" amateurs...

We tried to reach out to resolve issues despite this you disputed the payment with PayPal and provided them false information in an attempt to obtain a refund. The screenshots you provided to PayPal contradicted the facts you provided to them. We tried to work with you and explained we were facing delays in dealing with all customers issues due to recent changes in Covid 19 restrictions.
