The internet is so bad

The internet is so bad, literally lagged every minute. Can’t even play a full YouTube video. For 60 dollars a month, at least provide something that can function.

Excellent customer service!!

Amy, my technician, made it great. The router was missing so she created a temporary name for me so I could get online immediately. She said a technician would bring me a new router so I can get online with that. I am very impressed with the customer service!!!! Thank you.

Literally the only reason I have them…

Literally the only reason I have them is because my townhouse complex bundles them with our rent. I’m literally ONE step away from just getting Xfinity again and paying extra. I’ve been without reliable internet for almost 3 days and it’s getting unacceptable

DO NOT USE XIBER!!

We have been without internet for 2 days, and the customer service experience has been absolutely unacceptable. We've had tech support fix outages late at night before, but now we're being told we have to wait until 8AM- completely contradicting past service experiences.

To make matters worse, customer service has been rude, dismissive, and professional. We were put on hold multiple times, only to have the call disconnected. The representative Jim, was particularly unhelpful and condescending, making an already frustrating situation worse. He made sure to talk to us like we don't have any idea what internet is.

Reliable service and respectful customer support should be a given with any provider. Unfortunately, Xiber has failed on both fronts. If you're considering this service, be prepared for inconsistent policies and poor treatment from support staff.

I’ve called numerous of times. No one was able to help me until today. I talked with Benjamin and he was great! He is professional and was able to get my cable working today! I appreciate Benjamin’s help so much!!
