All around great experience
All around great experience. Purchased a PC from them in 2021. They're there to help whenever I have a question. I'll be purchasing another PC from them in 2026. It's worth the few extra bucks to have the system built by professionals and supported throughout ownership.
Aspen
The person I worked with his name is aspen and he helped me so much the motherboard I had in my pc originally was out of stock and so was the tier above that so he got me the one above that for free and shipped it earlier than expected
Tech team rocks
Again, team tech wows again! Aspen was soo great and helpful. Love this team and they all go above and beyond helping

Xidax has gone down hill
So i have bought from Xidax in the past and had no real issuea other than the bluetooth controller acting up from time to time. So i decided to buy another one this month. Well it took a while to get here even with 2 day shipping. Could have been timing of the order. Then once i opened it. I knew something was wrong. I ordered a black pc, it was white. Then called xidax and had to eventually return it. Well 4 days from a month later after calling and talking to Elijah many times i still did not have my computer i spent $1600 on... so i cancelled. I hope i get my money back at least.. it was a run around the whole time. But i will say at least Elijah seemed to be trying to do the right thing, just his hands seemed tied from the rest of the company. Lost me as a customer.
Fixed PC Issues
Aspen was really helpful in fixing my issues with my pc. I didn’t have to lift a finger while they took care of everything. Saved me 150 bucks too! Overall very happy with my experience.
My first order was in 2015.
Since then, my friends and wife also all get Xidax PCs.
Yesterday's support experience was helpful and successful :)
My TEch Aspen was fantastic
My TEch Aspen was fantastic, Remoted in and fixed all my issues. I thought all my updates were automatic but they weren't. he updated and fixed everything.
Excellent service! Aspen Young helped tons!
Excellent service recommended by a friend!!
I had set up a fundraiser for my partner to get a rig from here. A friend introduced me to Aspen Young, an employee here, and they helped me keep this a surprise and sent me updates as often as possible along the way!
They have a x-bot case that I want but…
They have a x-bot case that I want but I was told they only sell pre built PCs owhich is stupid. I'm a customer willing to spend money on THEIR product and I get turned away because I don't want an overpriced pre built from them. They have no problem giving free pcs away though to streamers that cost thousands of dollars. ALL I WANTED WAS THE X-BOT CASE and I would have spent good money on it. I'll take my business to a company that values ALL it's customers. The only reason I don't want to buy a pre built from them is because of all the bad reviews. I'd rather buy the parts and build my own. I'll find a similar case elsewhere

My pc didn’t want to start properly but it was fixed!
Xidax was very smooth and great service
Aspen Y. was very helpful. She gave me the details of what it would cost for a new graphics card in exchange for my old one. She also helped setup a time for me to pickup my PC.
Andrew the day before was very exact in his response and helped me by giving me a gauge on how long the repair would take.
Noah went above and beyond to help save me money and allowed me to deliver my computer personally instead of by paying freight.
3rd and last
I just bought my 3rd PC from Xidax ordered on 8/21/25 received on 8/28/25 . I am currently on the phone and online in the chat waiting for a reply or the phone to be answered. The reason for me reaching out is I bought a "Ready-To-Go" build. I was doing some research on the MOBO it was supposed to have, because I had ordered more RAM and was a little confused on why it only has 2 RAM slots. according to the build I bought it should have had a PRIME B840-PLUS WIFI (this is in their order confirmation e-mail they sent me) but instead has a MSI PRO B650-VC WIFI II in my build (this is in the invoice they sent me). I didn't notice this until I received my PC That is a pretty big difference considering the next day I purchased more RAM from you guys and you were able to see what my order was. If this is remedied I will be happy to change my review but getting a lesser MOBO and still paying the price for the better one is a pretty bad business practice...
Don't buy a xidax
Don't buy a xidax. I wanted to support an small computer company but I had them build an AMD loaded PC and they failed me. I sent it back. The first time they tried to send me a shitty mainboard and gpu. So I sent it back th tech I do believe tried to set it right but ended up sending it back with the same issues. So my carbon fiber x670e and 7900xtx still had issues getting hot. They failed to fix the issue so I am working on it to fix it with software as fixing it would actually remove the lifetime warranty. As a computer tech myself it is horrible that they won't fix the issue by replacing parts equally as good but instead would rather not do any fix and send you back the same pc with the same gpu issues.
INCOMPETENCE, NEGLIGENCE, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
DO NOT USE XIDAX!!! INCOMPETENCE, NEGLIGENCE, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
I ordered a custom $6,693.95 desktop from Xidax on June 3, 2025, after speaking directly with Andrew Leddy (Masterandrew). I specifically requested two 8TB 850x NVMe drives and two 8TB 870 Evo SSDs as part of that special order. What I received on June 29 was not only incomplete, missing the SSDs entirely, but also lacked even the most basic setup, as no WiFi drivers were installed. For nearly $7,000, this is absolutely unacceptable!
When I contacted Andrew about the issue(s), he claimed he would involve his support manager. Days went by, multiple calls, messages, and online support requests were ignored until I finally heard back from Elijah at Xidax. After sending proof (photos and Disk Management screenshots), Elijah admitted they had "found" the missing SSDs sitting on someone’s desk. Seriously?
Instead of owning their mistake, they initially wanted to ship me the drives, expecting me to install the drives myself, again, on a nearly $7,000 “professionally built” system. Only after further pressure did they agree to cover shipping and reinstall the missing drives.
Fast forward to August 3, and I finally get the PC back, but I was away on business. When I returned home and inspected the build, I was stunned; they had literally screwed the SSDs to the chassis without even connecting them to anything. Nothing, not a single cable, just ‘Bluetooth’ drives mounted for show. They also completely ignored the agreed-upon RAID 5 configuration with one of the NVMe drives.
This level of negligence is outrageous. I gave Xidax a second chance after their first failed attempt, but this was the final straw; there will NOT be a third.
Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and infuriating customer support.
XIDAX IS NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I bought a Xidax gaming computer 4ears ago
I bought a Xidax gaming computer 4 years ago and haven't had a single problem in the entire time. Yesterday my computer screens went dark. I'll skip the trouble shooting, I want to give Xidax and Cole T. a pat on the back. Cole stayed with this old man and helped me get my computer up and running again. When I need to buy another, I will only buy from Xidax.
Thanks

Not a great experience
I purchased a pc and within 24hrs i had informed them the computer was always crashing. They were very nice but it seemed that they were overwhelmed and had no time to look into my situation. It was a constant chase to get someone to help me over a 2 week period of which I was checking in almost daily to seek help. They remotely ran tests, removed and reinstalled drivers on the first attempt. 2nd attempt they had me remove the rams and graphics card and all seemed fine but still continued to fail. After the second week and me constantly checking in they finally allowed me to return it so they can diagnose the problem personally. When they received it i contacted them 2 business days later to get a follow up, they said they are looking into it and would get back to me. I waited till the following week and reached out again. I asked what did they do and was told they reinstalled drivers again (this was done for the 3rd time). I asked for a refund, he then stated they would try a higher upgraded graphics card and came back and stated that i had 2 options, I would need to upgrade the card or get a refund with a 20% restock fee. I asked, did you guys not test with the same type of graphics card first to properly asses that the current card was not faulty? He responded with, “ You have 2 options, refund with a 20% restock fee or pay for an upgraded hardware. We will not burn through a bunch of graphics that aren’t going to work which will cost a lot of money in both hardware and labor.”
I would think this would have been the first step before trying an upgraded card. I stated if you properly diagnosed that the current card wasn’t faulty, i would consider the upgrade but they refused.
Xidax honors their lifetime warranty
Xidax honors their lifetime warranty on their computers and the tech support are very helpful.
This is the best company for computers
This is the best company for computers. I have had Dell and HP computers before I started building my own. I heard this company was good and gave it a try due to the GeForce shortages at the time. The computer well worth it and support was amazing when I had a graphical issue. Chris from the Xidax Support Team was easy to understand, VERY knowledgeable, and solved my problem with almost no hassle for me. I highly recommend this company for any computers you want.
