I had to send in my pc after my 3080 died on me. Pc got damaged in shipping they replaced my case psu and since they didn't have any 3080s to replace mine with i got upgraded to a 3090 no extra charge. Jorell Croft handled my repair was consistent with the updates awesome service from these guys.

I have recently been having issues with my desktop, and after troubleshooting to no avail, I decided to call in.
I got lucky enough to speak with Cole Tuplin, and he took action. We scheduled time for the following day to see if he could troubleshoot from his end (I know enough to fix most issues). He and I connected the following day and he was able to remote in and see what issues could be identified via the remote login.
Ultimately, we decided my PC needed to be sent in as the issue was not something that could be fixed remotely (more likely hardware-related).
Cole was very informative, addressed my (many many) questions, and was respectful of my time (during my lunch hour). He was able to get all necessary shipping details sent to me while still on the phone, and I couldn't be happier.
While I will have a hard time being off the PC for a little while (back to PS5 for now I guess ;-) ), knowing folks like Cole work at Xidax is reassuring.

I got my PC in the Beginning of May but I was having problems with how it was running. I spoke to Cole T. and he was able to figure out the problem and fix it for me in what felt like 30 seconds. Great Employee I thank him tremendously.
Aspen assisted me with Stress Tests and Quality Checks and Fixes
Aspen assisted me with a stress test on my CPU + RAM and checked the hardware and everything was fine. Adobe Premiere Pro works fine on windows 11 now, mind you I am using version 22.2, I have 64 GB of 5700 mhz ram, and a good processor. Previously there was a lag issue on windows 10 and also in adobe premiere pro. Him installing windows 11, and updating drivers among other things fixed that problem. Another one was fixed too. That issue was OBS studio having frame rate drops, stutters and freezes. It took us awhile to figure out. Had to update OBS Studio, go into advanced settings, switch process priority from above normal to high, apply that, then close obs, and run it as an Administrator. Wouldn’t have thought to do that but now everything is in order and I can videogame hobby again, record, and video edit. It was unexpected that it was just a couple things to change for a fix and that it was not a more complex issue. Edit: I also needed to change my Process Priority to HIGH, change my encoding speed in output from veryfast to ultrafast. Why? Because veryfast only worked on windows 10. I had to switch to ultrafast for windows 11 due to compatibility and higher hardware requirements.

I had issues with the Xidax PC I bought and when I sent it in it only took 2 days for my service provider Jorell Croft to figure out the issue. When I received an email he was very specific in what I should do to resolve the issue in the future and packaged my system so as not to cause any damage. Thanks Jorell!

This is a real review after having an issue with my prebuilt gpu RTX 4090 a bit after 2 years of purchase. The call to support i waited 2 30min calls (each ended after 30) I was disappointed but Joel reached out to me the next day. He was quick, considerate, and technical to pinpoint my issues. After the call I realized Xidax is really taking their team to assist customers so just wait a bit after calling like i did they will reachout. 10/10 would recommend and thanks Joel

Have purchased 3 High end PCs from…
Have purchased 3 High end PCs from Xidax and referred multiple people their way throughout the last 5 years. The most recent one I purchased cost over $4,000.00 and showed up with issues from the start and an additional 2 days past the initial shipping date. I had to reseat the GPU multiple times to get the displays to work then my games such as Total War Warhammer 3 freeze up every 20 minutes or so for 10 seconds at a rip. When running other games such as Monster Hunter Wilds the game loads up then crashes typically 3 - 5 minutes into playing.
I reached out ago for technical support for the second time within the first 48 hours of having this PC and ended up waiting for sometime to get help after initially being told that technical support is unavailable on the weekends. After explaining my situation further and to the technician Aspen Y., they were kind enough to try to lend a hand for an hour even though it put them a few minutes past their shift. Aspen was very kind and tried to find a solution, however was unable to do so at the moment. They said that we will try again at a later date. unfortunately due to my work schedule I will most likely not be free to try to resolve this during their hours for another 2 weeks.
I currently have a PC that I can do very little with that I desire. Costed me a pretty penny and I am a returning customer who has brought them about 10 PC sales in total. I would rate Aspen Y. as a 5 star employee whom seemed to go above the companies permitted time for their techs. However I would rate Xidax currently as 1 star seeing as I could not get a solid solution after being a dedicated customer / advocate for them. I am not mad, I am just upset that the company I once thought was phenomenal has seemingly dropped the ball on this one. Good luck to whomever else purchases from them. I hope they get back to their roots of a 5 star company.

The company is really easy to get a desktop through and their people are very helpful as well. I had a couple of technical issues but when I reached out to them Aspen y. Helped me through all of it and now it's working like a charm :)
