Cancellation

The gym is very good, equipment is well kept when working. I took out a year long membership in Feb 2025. I used the gym almost daily from then till approx the end of September where i became very sick. Unable to use the gym. The gym repiled that if i provided private medical documents they would cancel my membership. I stated that I would not be providing private personal medical information. But could prove that i have been attending the medical centre 3/4 times a month since September. This was rejected. And only medical notes with private personal diagnosis. Who, if not sick attends doctors weekly in their mid 40s. I have been diagnosed with an illness that affects 95% females and makes it impossible for daily activities. Waking up in pain, etc. if you know you know. It is embarrassing to me. What is not acceptable is that unless I provide the private medical documents nothing else would suffice. Sorry but this is not how the world works. There is absolutely no compassion. Good equipment, but absolutely no sympathy from the staff. Terrible way to end this membership.
