Extremely Disappointed — Used, Dirty and Damaged Product
I ordered an item that was advertised as used for less than 15 days, but what I received was heavily used, dirty, dented, and missing parts. The frustration of not receiving a product in acceptable condition — especially one that was meant for resale — is beyond words. Returning it isn’t even worth it since the refund amount is ridiculously low. It’s better to throw it away and learn never to buy anything from this site again.

The product I won is defect, but return is not possible according to the company. Their answer is I should contact the manufacturer and some BS about broken seals on packaging which holds no grounds.
So after a while the problem got finally solved. Still not recommending buy at your own risk.

True, to the auction winning bid price, you'll have to add VAT, delivery, and auction fee. I bought a faucet for 60 euro, and it came to an all inclusive price of about 90 euro. The costs are detailed on the item auction page if you bother to read them!
The all in price was about 80% less than the list price, and 60% less than today's retail price.
Seller sent the item within 24 hours of payment, and the delivery was next day in Belgium.
Amazing experience. I fear that once XL Auctions will be better known, the prices will go up as more bidders will fight for their favourite items. It's a good time to buy, right now 😉

They can stop with scamming people because that dosent take them anywere.
And if you receive the wrong item they will say that is the good one and if you want to send it back then you must pay the retour when the mistake is from them.
