Poor quality software and support.

Only giving it two stars because of Rick and Zach, I found their content helpful when I was just starting out. The aggressive marketing made me think it will actually be worth my money, skiptracing is the worst of all features. Never again will I be going with a all-in-one software. The representative couldn’t clearly address my concerns (compliance-wise) during the onboarding, I was given half-answers that didn't even make sense. Almost impossible to get a hold of support without spamming them. I expected a much higher level of quality from both the software and the team.

I had an extremely negative experience…

I had an extremely negative experience with XLeads.com.

The company charged my card $1,908, including processing payment through an expired card account. After I disputed the charge because I believed the billing practices were misleading, my account access was effectively removed.

The biggest issue is not just the billing — it’s that I lost access to my actual business data and information that I had stored inside the platform. My account had two sub-accounts, and after the dispute they only allowed access to an empty account while the account containing my real work, contacts, and information became inaccessible.

I contacted support requesting either restoration of access or at least a prorated refund for unused service time. They refused both requests.

I also became uncomfortable with some of the marketing practices promoted around the software and no longer wanted to continue using the platform.

If you use this service, make sure you fully understand the subscription terms, billing structure, and how your account data is handled before committing large amounts of money or storing important business information there.

This experience caused major disruption to my business operations and I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
