Terrible service, not responding for returning incorrectly delivered and damaged items
I ordered three helmets. One was delivered in the wrong size, another one damaged. I contacted them, provided the information they required and for two weeks+ and no response even after re-inquiring I am left with the original information not to send anything back until they approve it. Not that I would, as I am not going to pay to return them.
In 2023 waiting for 2 weeks without any response from an online store is not acceptable.

By my second order not all items ware…
By my second order not all items ware on stock but the information was 2 weeks late and then I got my delivery without it and a discount code that was worth only 14 days and the item that was missing was more then 100E
