quality problem
The hardware is difficult to assemble; the locking rods are not deburred, making it impossible to pass through the assembly holes.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with the hardware. If the locking rods are not properly finished and can’t pass through the assembly holes, that’s clearly not how the product should be delivered, and I understand how frustrating that must be during installation.
This sounds like a quality issue, and we’d like to help you sort it out as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and, if possible, a few photos showing the rods and the assembly holes. That will allow us to review the case and find a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Your experience matters to us, and we want to make sure you receive a product that meets the expected standard.
Kind regards.
