Good enough!
Purchased some gloves and other accessories through XLMOTO. Everything went smoothly. I've also since bought things such as a new helmet, as their prices are very competitive. However, I'm not 100% convinced of their helmet-fitting and clothes-fitting policies given their returns policies, and that would be a point of improvement.
I understand companies need to protect against returns-abuses, but honest and fair customers shouldn't suffer for bad apples. A more clearly outlined and obvious 'Try it? If it fits, Buy It' policy or something would be nice.
Overall, good experience.
