I am writingSerious Wage Theft & Regulatory Non-Compliance - Case 3301924/2026 this to warn international…

I am writing this to warn international professionals, clients, and partners against doing business with XLOO LIMITED (also trading as Silkbridge Electronic Technology) and its director, James Lloyd Brown.

This entity engages in severe breaches of basic labor and financial compliance:

Wage Theft & Illegal Deductions: The company systematically withheld my earned salary and made unauthorized deductions from my wages.

Evading Statutory Contracts: They refused to provide legally required written employment particulars.

Financial Irregularities: The director utilizes private personal bank accounts to pay staff and settle business expenses, purposefully bypassing statutory tax systems.

Due to their complete failure to resolve these matters or present any defense, this company is now facing active legal enforcement under the UK Employment Tribunal (Case Reference: 3301924/2026) and has been formally reported to HMRC's Fraud Investigation Service (Ref: OX9-2H2U-EJF).

A business operating in total defiance of official legal regulations and statutory rights poses a high risk to anyone associated with them. Proceed with extreme caution.
