Serious prop firm so far
I've been trading with the company for 1 month now with an AMA account and so far I'm satisfied. I even encountered a major incident where no trading was possible because of a system failure. The issue was solved in a few days and the team communicated on the progress. The opened trade at that time was closed properly in profit like it should have happen.
I tried a withdraw and it was processed smoothly too.
The client dashboard UI is a bit ugly and out dated though, compared to other brokers / prop firm.
Support is a bit slow and lacks a real time chat.

As a 64-year-old woman, stepping into the world of new technology can be an unnerving experience. To say I was apprehensive about learning to navigate a new platform is an understatement. However, from the moment I reached out for assistance, George V from XLTRADE has been a beacon of support.

I am currently trying out XLTrade. George contacted me a few weeks ago to understand better why I never converted when I first came across the site 10-12 months ago. He was professional and courteous and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and over emails answering my questions, and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. Worth the Effort to Open an Account
I got a call from a really pleasant and helpful guy called George who asked me why I had not followed up with the account opening over a year ago and I told him that I could not remember. He provided me with some prop firm options and I decided to go ahead and open a USD50k evaluation account at a cost of USD250 which currently includes a discount. The background on my screen is white and I could not see the wire transfer option as Crypto seemed the only route so I contacted George and he sent me wire transfer information. In fairness - I am older and a bit wary of Crypo but was not concerned about XLTRADE's trustworthiness so I just went ahead and opened the account by wire transfer. The account opening process could be made a lot easier but with George's help I managed to get it done.
