Let me share why XLTrade is a great partner
XLTrade is very empathic if it comes down to anticipating an unexpected refocus of my time. They are quick and clear in their responses and have real compassion for traders. They clearly show that they are a great partner to work with.
Special thanks to Ben!

fraudulent company
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. I'm going to try to share my opinion, my bad experience, with this prop trading firm. In February of this year, 2025, I obtained my first funded account of $500,000; however, I lost it due to some mistakes I made, which I ultimately accepted. Time passed, and five months later, in July, I secured a second account thanks to some good promotions, also for $500,000, with a 10% profit target, which is $50,000. It was hard work, carefully managing the rules to reach that goal. After they gave me the account, more than three months later, they used it for another purpose. I contacted them, and it took them two weeks to respond, asking for an explanation of my strategy, which I sent them with charts and explanations. Almost another two weeks passed before they responded, and they came up with an absurd excuse, mentioning my first account that I had lost. It had absolutely nothing to do with this account I had earned, bringing up my negative history, which was a separate matter, ignoring what had been successfully achieved with this second account, thus denying me my real account. They imposed a second challenge on me, asking for another 10%, another $50,000. If they are so strict with their rules and go against their own policies, they are neither serious nor ethical. I proposed a mini-cycle to build my account, but they told me I couldn't, that I needed another 10%. I wasn't going to make the same mistake a third time, since this second opportunity cannot be repeated. They offered me a refund, which I accepted, refusing to work with them because I wasn't going to work for free. Of course, my refund took a week to arrive. I didn't want to do the second challenge they asked for because you can't work with a fraudulent company like that. I checked the reviews, and it's not a serious company; it has the characteristics of a serious company, but they are scammers. I have already explained my terrible experiences. I hope you analyze where you invest your money and that you are not disrespected as traders. If Trustpilot asks me for proof, I will gladly provide it. Thank you very much. Stay away from this company. They will invent excuses, devalue your work, and disrespect you. Business owners, take note of this. Many traders starting out in the funded account business should research the payment history and rules of the platform. Just because one account fails doesn't mean it will work in future accounts, and you could be denied real accounts. Reputation matters a lot here, so don't waste your time. Do your research; it's your job. Respect your strategy.

Be careful of xltrade -- My 150k usd payout request has been denied
Be careful
My 150k usd payout request has been denied.
It seems their service is only polite and quick before they take your money. After that get ready for the real ugliness.
Below is their response to my payout request i got from them on Nov 29, 2025:

Dear Joseph,
This is an important Account Notification regarding the account:

Based on their reply to my review it seems xltrade is operating a bait and switch scam.
Of what use is "substantial capital" if i cant withdraw my profit ? a honey pot ?
This is profit i have earned and realized from my trading (the market positions from which i earned the profit have all been closed). So who does the profit belongs to now ?
===================================
xltrade: "the contribution to the profits of a single position must not be more than 25%"
lets think about this
if i open 10 positions and only 1 position is profitable then the profit from that position now belongs to xltrade?
what type of rule is this? if not a scam from a fraudulent company that has no intention of paying out any profit?
remember my account is not an evaluation account, my account is a real live account with live trading earning real live profit, not simulated.

Freedom Trading
Like the freedom of trading my own strategy. The Evaluation period is open, meaning no time limit to achieve the profit target. So there is no pressure to meet a deadline. Although my strategy produces small gains and very few losses, I am confident I will get funded. Thanks for the opportunity.

Not is all what it seems !!
Okay firstly, I dealt with a lovely chap called Ben.... Very polite and very helpful.... That said, most of the reviews on here are most "Pre" challenge..... If you have completed the challenge, you will know it is not quite a one-step challenge as advertised! So I took on The one step lite, And sure enough in a few days I had achieved my 10% target of $5,000 profit.... But this is where things changed.... So you start off with a 7.5% drawdown?...... Once you have made your 10% profit.... You then have to continue trading for a further 30 days! But with only a 5% drawdown...... Which is a tough show to follow ! Now in their defence, I totally understand, they want disciplined and competent traders when all said and done they are just about to hand you$50,000.... So I do get their premise but I think they could do with being a little more transparent from the beginning. It does not appear to be a one-step challenge.
I wish Ben and his colleagues all the very best. It was fun while it lasted.
Best
My experience
This is the ONLY, firm that has ACTUALLY called me on the phone from the headquarters more than once... ive spoken with them in person 3 times & they absolutely deserve a credited review for that, George & Ben both was kind, did not talk over me, listened to me every time as trader to trader would talk like as if we was standing in a room after a conference or something.
Everyone deserves a chance if they are learning!!
As a trader gets better, there comes a time when you have to move on to those that will actually pay you.
I have not received a payout from XL, but once I do ill leave you guys another here to give the details.
I will be trading for these people next,as soon as the dust settles from the Milliondollar Trader Challenge.... which I DO NOT RECOMMEND btw.

Weekly drawdown is the key to lose your money!
I had a $50.000 Account with them.
I did never lose more than 5% in a week.
A few days ago, they told me I did breach my account because I hit the weekly drawdown of 5% in July!
So this account is gone.
I have another $500.000 account with them.
They calculate the weekly drawdown as 5% lower than the highest balance I have ever had!!!
What is this?!?
I told them to calculate the weekly drawdown right, but no answer!
