My experience with XM has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
When I logged into my trading account, I discovered that a trade had been opened without my authorization. I did not place this trade, yet it was active on my account and eventually wiped out my entire capital.
As a trader, the most basic expectation is that your account remains secure and that no positions are executed unless you place them yourself. Finding an unauthorized trade on my account raises serious concerns about the safety and integrity of this platform.
Losing my entire balance because of a trade I never opened is completely unacceptable. I contacted support hoping for a clear explanation, but the response I received was not satisfactory.
This experience has severely damaged my trust in XM. Traders should be very careful and make sure they fully understand the risks of keeping their funds with this broker.
I cannot recommend XM based on my experience.

The money I deposited hasn't been credited to my account.
I deposited money into my account on 12/3/2026 and it still hasn't been credited. I contacted support with proof of payment, and although they said they were investigating, they haven't done anything. XM is now a fraudulent broker, I absolutely do not recommend it!

while i requested to withdraw some funds from my account XM wiped out all profits from account making excuses like i violate terms and conditions .

I am with xm from long time maybe 4 years, no problems happened cuz i was losing all the time, i started to be profitable, when i withdrawal i take 2 day's to get the money, now they make three days, when i ask support said they add 24 h for review, what i want to say( guys take care) they add rules in 100$ and200$ withdrawal what if 50k , i think it will be problem god only know , dont hold big money in this company 1000$ max and run , cuz ifeel xm scam about too happin , sorry for xm if im mistakin , but xm too much problem around u , take notes, if u will not work properly you will be not exist. Stay away from XM Global! I am exposing a massive fraud on my account (410687127). Due to a confirmed technical glitch in their MT5 platform, 51 unauthorized trades were executed and closed within milliseconds, draining $166 from my balance.
I have IRREFUTABLE PROOF:
Their official AI Support Bot 'Sophia' explicitly admitted to a "Technical Issue" on the MT5 platform and confirmed a refund. I have the screenshot of this admission.
My MT5 Journal logs prove that 51 trades were opened and closed in seconds—a speed that is humanly impossible and only happens during backend manipulation or system failure.
Despite this evidence, their human managers are now lying to cover up the theft, claiming I used a "Bulk Close" feature—which is impossible for trades I never even opened! This is a pre-planned script to steal client capital when their system fails.
Blatant Lies & Support Manipulation:
The most shocking part was the deceptive conduct of their WhatsApp support. For 5 days, they tried to close my case by intentionally investigating the wrong timeframe (17:06:39 Server Time) and claiming "no issues found," despite my logs clearly showing the crash at 20:36:39. They only acknowledged the correct timestamp after I threatened legal action and a formal report to FSC Belize. This proves that XM Support deliberately provides false information to avoid processing refunds.
I have already submitted all logs and screenshots to the FSC Belize for a formal investigation. Do not trust your money with XM. They will manipulate your trades, drain your account, and then lie to your face. I am not the only victim; many others are facing the same "glitch." This is a SCAM.

Urgent refund or credit my ammount
Title: Deposit Taken but Not Credited – No Response from Support
I am बेहद disappointed with XM’s service.
I made two UPI deposits on 20 March 2026:
- ₹20,000 (Transaction ID: 120917620796)
- ₹19,999.08 (Transaction ID: 160981450796)
Total amount: ₹39,999.08
Both payments were SUCCESSFUL, and the money has already been debited from my bank account. The funds were transferred to XM’s payment merchants (N S Handloom and Globetap Solutions LLP).
However, even after more than 48 hours:
- The amount has NOT been credited to my trading account
- I have sent multiple emails with full proof
- There is NO proper response from XM support
This is completely unacceptable for a broker of this level.
I request XM to immediately:
- Credit my deposit OR
- Refund my full amount
Otherwise, I will escalate this issue further to banking authorities and financial regulators.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when using UPI deposits with XM.

I deposited funds using both debit and credit cards. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, I was constantly redirected and pressured to make additional deposits instead of being allowed to process my withdrawal. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate trap to prevent customers from accessing their own money. They keep demanding more deposits before any withdrawal can take place, which is a clear sign of fraudulent practice. I have been seriously victimized by this company. 19th March 2026 – This transaction (in the name of Sevenstand) has been successfully credited and is reflecting in my XM account.
20th March 2026 – This transaction (in the name of Durvika Enterprises, UTR: 607900979299) is still not reflected in my XM deposit balance.
It appears that only one of the two transactions has been processed so far.
For your reference, I am attaching:

My bank statement clearly showing that both amounts have been debited
I kindly request you to recheck the second transaction dated 20th March 2026 and credit the pending amount of ₹10,000 to my XM account (Account No: 401036399) at the earliest.

I am extremely disappointed with XM. I made a deposit of 8,610 BDT via Nagad on March 5, 2026 (TrxID: 750U72HD). It has been 19 days, and the funds are still not in my trading account (ID: 92229659).
I have contacted support and compliance multiple times, but they keep giving vague excuses and now asking for another 14 days to "investigate." This is a simple mobile banking deposit, not a complex wire transfer. XM is holding my money for nearly 3 weeks now.
Give me my funds or a full refund immediately! This is unacceptable for a world-class broker.

Withdrawal blocked for 2 weeks – Funds held without valid reason – Algeria
I deposited 540 USD via cryptocurrency (USDT/Binance) on 12/03/2026. This was my first time using XM. I never traded, no bonuses, no profits – I simply tried to withdraw the exact same amount I deposited.
My account was immediately restricted. I submitted all requested documents on 13/03/2026 (Photo ID, Proof of Fund Source, Bank Statement, Proof of Crypto Transactions) – all were approved.
Then XM's AML team requested I withdraw via Neteller – a platform that does NOT support withdrawals in Algeria. This directly violates XM's own withdrawal policy, which states funds must be returned via the same deposit method (cryptocurrency in my case).
After that, they requested a screen recording of my Binance account showing my "ID number and date of birth within transaction screens" – which is technically impossible, as Binance does not display such information in transaction pages.
I have contacted live support over 10 times. I sent multiple emails to aml with no response for 3+ days. Every time I get the same answer: "wait for an email."
I also filed a formal complaint with FSC Belize on 23/03/2026.
This is not a compliance procedure – this is fund retention without valid justification. I have full documentation of all communications and timestamps.
