Breach of guidelines
Very very bad broker
Very, very bad and pathetic broker.
If you need to withdraw funds, they offer a very low exchange rate.
They do not allow Binance for deposits or withdrawals directly. First, you have to deposit through your bank, and the transfer is very slow. They also do not allow withdrawals through Binance.
It seems they do this just to charge extra fees through their low exchange rates.
Overall, a very bad experience with this broker.

Depositing Money by UPI has become nightmare.
On 13/03/2026 I have done 2 deposits of 10k... From which 1 deposit was credited into trading account but 2nd is not credited amd till date I don't know where my money is. SCAM WARNING FRAUD BROKER– ₹50,000 GONE
I deposited ₹50,000 (~$450) via UPI using the payment details provided. The money was instantly deducted from my bank account and my bank confirmed the transaction is fully settled.
For weeks support kept saying “under investigation”. Now XM has simply closed the case claiming their payment processor never received the funds.
No proof. No statement from their processor. No explanation of where the money went.
So the money left my bank, but XM refuses to take responsibility and just closed the case without evidence.
₹50,000 is gone and they provide zero accountability.
Traders should be very careful before sending money here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any real support.

I deposited ₹8,000 via local bank transfer to my XM trading account. The money has been debited from my bank and my bank confirmed the UTR transaction number. However, the amount has not been credited to my XM account for 6 days.
I tried submitting a support ticket through the app but the form keeps giving errors. Chat support disconnects and no proper response has been provided.
This is very disappointing support service. I request XM to investigate and credit my deposit immediately.

UPI deposit issue
I had deposited twice on 3rd of March using UPI. First one got through to earn my trust. But the second one has vanished. Got all the screenshots and bank statement. But they are still working on it. There’s a lot of candle manipulation happening here especially after you gain a lot of profit. Spread also widen inconsistently . I’ve heard that broker hired a certain company that purposely turn many small trader into bankrupt / hit margin call on purpose by candle manipulation. The price of silver worldwide was only 79.4 (all charts worldwide and on other platforms showed this), HOWEVER, XM LIQUIDATED ALL MY ASSETS AT 76.6 🤣 It's ridiculous and a blatant theft. After I contacted live support to request compensation, all I received were nonsensical explanations about when my account was liquidated, blah blah. XM is a scam; their spreads and transaction fees are already sky-high, but what I received in return was a ridiculously "stolen" experience. Why I felt XM was a scam
I have stopped trading for a time because of being busy. I have lose a lot of money already with trading. not just with XM. but this is by far my favorite app. UNTIL, I face their very first technical issue. When the platform was not showing/registering the trades you open.
I thought that was fine at first because i think it wasnt working. But when I saw that my balance went down. I said something was wrong.
It was triggered! The trade didnt show in the platform but it was placed in the background.
So I say thats totally. fine, will just contact them. CHAT said, and apologize that they really had tech issue.

I want to warn everyone about XM. Before you deposit, they only ask for simple documents and everything seems fine. However, the moment you try to withdraw your profits, they start demanding 'impossible' verifications.
My account has been restricted for a year now under the pretext of 'document completion.' Every time I provide what they ask for and receive a 'Confirmation of Approval,' I try to withdraw again, only to be met with new requests for 'additional documents.' It is a never-ending cycle of stalling.
I have submitted everything, and despite their system saying my documents are approved, my funds remain locked. Be very careful; they make it easy to deposit but nearly impossible to withdraw if you actually make a profit.

Xm does not give my money back

I am facing a serious technical issue with my account #88814574. On March 3rd, 27 duplicate trades were executed within 30 minutes due to a system glitch (multiple trades in the exact same minute).
