The support, Server and all is good. In the start i had the badluck that there server migration had my website down which back and forth got fixed. I started with one domain of mine just for the test as my friend recommended me this hosting as they are very very low in price. So i thought to move extra one here which was just staying low. Then after migrating here i relaized there speed is good and the rest of things as well. Now i've arround 3 Domains which are built in PHP Laravel big ones here in just a may be 10 $ an year total or less hosted here and 1 wordpress that's also amazing. They had given me open terminal to host my portals. The support is good and always available for quick fixes...

I purchased from this provider twice, and both times I faced the same DNS issue. It took nearly 20 hours to resolve each time, which was frustrating. This recurring problem needs to be addressed.

Great Service

Really pethatic their email is not working everytime emails are blocked in 2 or 3 days that’s why I’m leaving them

I've been using this web hosting service for 4 years. Initially, for the first 2.5 years, everything was great, including support. However, after that, I started facing frequent issues, especially with reseller hosting. While they would temporarily fix the problems upon request, the issues would reappear after a couple of days. There were also server location issues. Comparing the service from 2021 to 2024, I’d say the support and overall service quality has declined by around 50%.
